There is a sock running around the board today claiming his mere presence made him the aggressor thus self defense does not get applied. I am guessing the NPC memo went out some time recently. It is asinine on its face. The fact that this is even a trial is ridiculous.

Don't know. They have thoroughly documented the events of that night, from multiple sources. Add some medical examiner testimony, maybe put a face to those shot with friends or relatives and call it a day. This should haven't been that long of a trial, in my view.

But today has been repetitive, boring even. We seen almost all of those videos before.

Should the defense not have objected to the videos? It was entered in with a video title by a police officer who's not an expert witness. In addition, the title is probably leading the witness, its not even the original title in the video (Current video title has words like "milita" and other words the judge disallowed pre-trial)?

Edit: What on gods earth is the defense doing? At the rate we're going he's going to be guilty because the prosecution is literally stating everything as fact with no objections.

Judge ruled that he would rule of the FLIR video later. Has not ruled on the admissability. Also not the video shown in the filing (FBI said they deleted the HQ FLIR video).

At the rate we're going I'm not sure why Kyle bothered with the current defense attorney. At least Ronnie O Neal (Black preacher imitation dude accused of double homicide) objected to leading the jury.

It just appeared that state's strategy on the video was to pause it where Rittenhouse was behind and walking towards Rosenbaum. At that point he had the detective point out who was who on the video. Then the video was played where Rittenhouse passed by Rosenbaum then Rosenbaum chases Rittenhouse...but at that point there was ZERO discussion on what happened, that the two individuals switched position. It almost seemed like state was trying to trick the jury.

The detective is not a video expert. Plus, there's no chain of custody, we don't even know who renamed/downloaded the videos!
I don't have to be a lawyer to see there's MUTIPLE things wrong with that!

Still haven't seen anything that Kyle did that was not in self defense.

They had a search warrant for Grosskreutz's phone but didn't execute it? Because the DA told them not to? Because of some "victim privacy law"???

If I am on the jury, that would be the end of the analysis for Rittenhouse and Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum was clearly there to instigate sh*t.

Not sure about that. He's the guy who lived. I don't have a clear memory of whether he was charged with anything.
