Trump makes Milley Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Milley thinks Trump is bat**** insane and calls China.
Somehow this is Dems fault.
Makes sense.
Rich indeed considering this:
Your party surrendered to the Taliban without conditions.
Your party trusted the Taliban to provide security at Karzai.
Your party left Americans stranded in Afghanistan.
Yet somehow this is Trump's fault.
By the way, who was it that called Milley and pressured him to usurp the President's powers under the Constitution?
Let me help you out...

Oh don't worry, Biden ****ed up. Feel free to debate that in that discussion.
Anyway, back to the topic, so did Trump make yet another **** dumb as rocks hire, or was he actually so insane Milley called the ccp?
The latter statement clearly doesn't hold up since he was the least warmongering President we've had in several decades. His kinetic actions were fairly precise and meaningful as opposed to some others and especially compared to the current dolt.
Would absolutely concede he made some bad hires but also wonder with this particular one what his real options were. You had a military brass that had already been rotted by 8 years of Obama and the qualified candidate pool is probably limited anyway.
I understand that Mileys early career was apparently pretty stellar, but maybe we are witnessing Peter Principle and/or empire building syndrome with him once he got to Joint Chiefs. It happens often and that job is not immune to it.
