I've decided it would be best for me to leave and go to another country. I'm absolutely serious, I'm wanting to go to an Eastern European country like Poland, Russia, et al, but I've also been giving a lot of thought to Ireland because like with Poland/Russia/etc because I love that culture too and it seems like a rural area of Ireland would be perfect for a classical Victorian type lifestyle (I have pretty much abandoned punk rock entirely at this point, so that's not a concern anymore) but I've been getting a lot of conflicting information as to whether it would be any better than the US in regards to authoritarianism and leftist ideology.
I have better sources, though, stating that former Soviet countries are very anti-communist, and for good reason. Poland, of all of them, seems to be the country most resistant to identity politics and SJW crap, communist agendas and covid cultists.
I really can't decide which country would be best for someone like me, who's mostly Victorian lady with a berserker mindset.
But even if I figured out which country I wanted to pick I wouldn't know what to do to go there anyway. I'm not college material, like at all. I wouldn't call myself stupid, but I'm certainly not cut out for college life in any capacity. I really don't know what my options are. Online dating and trying to find a traditional gentleman is proving to be a major exercise in futility. I fear I'm going to be trapped in a crumbling, dying country my whole life until I die at the hands of the authoritarian regime currently taking over.
Please don't try to convince me to stay, because it's more than just the tyranny that's made me want to leave (though that is a HUUUUGEEE part of it). I just need help leaving the US while I still can before we become like Australia or China or something even worse I hadn't imagined.
