Ex. When the radioman MOS was integrated the women got the easy jobs while the men got recirculated between combat unit attachments. They got chewed up at a faster rate BECAUSE of the integration since they community lost the flexibility to alternate their burden with easier assignments.

Said this in another thread. The most frustrating part to me in all of this is we have American citizens there and we are letting another country dictate their safety. The role of the US government is to protect its citizens and should be proactive in doing so! This passively letting another country dictate the terms is garbage. We have a big stick and should have been swinging it from the beginning.

Taliban claiming all of the additional explosions are CIA destroying equipment and leaving. What the **** are we doing over there?

I don't think it's unreasonable at this juncture to say it's a possibility we see a caravan of troops and thousands of civilians driving/walking to Pakistan. Sounds preposterous, but they're an ordinance on the airstrip or rocket in the side of a C17 away from fighting out and abandoning that airport. Biden has left them in a position that is near unfathomable to understand. How is it possible this many bad decisions were made in succession?

Yep.

She simply is incapable of handling complex thoughts. She is not a bright woman in any way, shape or form and his way in over her head. She laughs and giggles anytime she's asked a hard question and then acts indignant with her answers because she doesn't have a clue on how to answer these questions or even have a remote understanding of the situation or issues. I can't imagine her handler's that are with her having to try to fill her little peabrain with information that she can't even remember through a press conference.

You're probably right. That makes more sense, my point is that a very small margin is standing between staying at that airport vs being logistically required to move somewhere else to get these guys out. Afghans and civilians are screwed. Their opportunity to slip through the checkpoints onto a plane is effectively over with suicide bombs and pot shots at aircraft going on.
