Mrs oldcrow would be challenged by patrons but I never have been.

I go in despite the sign. If I'm asked to leave I politely leave.

Only happened once.

Prefer to not give money to stores requiring masks.

Go to stores run by non-morons

I must say, I always did enjoy watching officers slam people to the ground as the were yelling "muh rights" when they refused to follow what a company posted. It'll definitely make Twitter fun again.

Welp, time to dust off my response from six month ago, if an employee demands I put on a mask (if they ask, that means I have a choice):

"What's more important: My money or my mask?"

Im sure all the woke inner loop shops/bars/restaurants will gladly fall in line and require masks. And be super self righteous about it. But yeah, will just walk on by the sign this time at the big boxes and most likely be joined by more people this go around.

Make them enforce it. Mass non compliance is the only way to end the facade of mask mandates. have you ever gone 71 in a 70? It's against the rules. It is not your Highway. But you did it anyways. All you were doing was making the cop enforce the rules. No different.

If the officer pulls you over you pay the price. Just like if the store actually enforces the mask mandate, at that point you can pay the price to either mask up, leave, or face trespassing

It is going to be so few it will not matter.
It is the large corporate campus, hospital, educational and government locations that matter.

They are trying not to spread it a lot of the timewhether it's just trying not to infect "people" or maybe they have elderly family in mind - vaccinated or antivaxx like lots here who knows - they don't want that on their conscience. It's a thought I had many times pre-vaccine when I'd do something marginally risky and then see my mom a few days later.

I was responding to the guys who are getting excited about some conflict with a retail worker and said they would REFUSE to wear one.

I don't know about your job, but I do ok and still have to do **** I don't want to do. Guessing the guy at Walmart feels the same and his day won't be made better by MAGA Randy telling him you refuse to wear a mask when he asks you to on way into store.

You do you, not sure why being civil to people doing their job is such a huge ask. Again, you can be mad at the media, politicians, etc. Taking it out on the retail worker is stupid.

You must be one of these workers. No other reason to get so worked up over "ignore it, if they confront you leave or face trespassing". Never said anything about taking it on anyone. Just peaceful disobedience that could be elevated to trespassing charges if you're a dick about it.
