I typically eat a pretty clean diet, which is something my wife and I got into several years ago after trying While30 for a few months. For the most part, if it isn't something found on the outer rim of a grocery store, we don't buy it (obvious exceptions are hygiene products, kid items like bread and noodles, beer or wine, etc.). If a food is full of fillers and has more than a couple ingredients, we will avoid it.
