So when children are indoctrinated into a way of thinking from early childhood and it is reenforced by their music, movies, etc, and never get little exposure to less violent options, as sentient beings, do they really have a choice? Perhaps you could define this hood mentality as "Black-American Culture".

How can you doubt the effectiveness of propaganda after seeing so many sentient persons duped into wearing unnecessary masks to the point where many still wear them even though they are vaccinated and the number of cases continues to decline?

That was after a few months of propaganda. Imagine if the message began basically at birth and continued into adulthood. We will soon see the effects of CRT indoctrination and infinite genders indoctrination as today's children grow into adults. Although these concepts are actually racist and destructive to society, our children will understand them to be perfectly logical.

Chicago has been corrupt forever.
From the meat packing days to Al Capone and the gangs of the 1920's running the city to Mayor Daily fudging votes for a JFK election victory to Mayor Beetlejuice today. There isn't much room for an honest local government.
