Viewing porn causes a massive dopamine dump in your brain.

sugar kills testpsterone levels.
the preservative we used to use in our foods was fat and salt.
faulty studies from the 60's linking fat and salt intake to heart disease saw the usda move us from fats and salts to sugars.
recent studies show that sugars are more damaging than fats to the heart and cardiovascular system.

Think a lot has to do with the amount of this really strong pot being smoked. Some of these people smoke all day long, lose motivation, and eat like sh;t. Pot is proven to decrease testosterone levels if using in high amounts so I'm sure the effect is greater as the thc levels in weed increases over time. These kids would rather smoke on the couch than chase tail.

It's always been said that banning leaded gasoline had something to do with the high crime rate in the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Now i'm thinking it is probably related to a decline in testosterone.

Porn use is both a sign of low testosterone and a contributor to falling testosterone in the form of partnerless sex and overstimulated brain centers during ejaculation. Not much worse for the modern male than pornography use... that and plastics and the compounds used therein like BPA.Burrus86 said:

Exactly. This topic does not comport with the political bent of this board - at all. This audience wants to bend everything towards a liberalism bogeyman. However, in reality, it's out of control capitalism partly in the form of a poor regulatory environment that is the biggest contributor to environmentally-caused hormonal imbalances.PascalsWager said:

Where are people the healthiest? Is it in Blue States or Red States? Upper middle class white liberals are OBSESSED with health. Organic, natural, bunch of other BS. If diets were the thing causing low T, I don't think liberal are to blame.
Adding a note since I've studied this. Yes, it can impact ***** size and testicle size. HOWEVER, this is determined when the women are pregnant really. Therefore, if a woman is pregnant with a boy she needs to be much more guarded about environmental influences than she needs to be with a girl - and than she would have needed to be generations ago.schmellba99 said:
There was a study done in Italy that showed that the use of non-stick cookware, along with things like bottled water, etc. - that contained PFC's had a negative effect on both the size of a dude's schlong, as well as the quality of the semen.
Considering that nonstick cookware really came about in the 70's and 80's, you do the math.

Getting some facts straight....
Testosterone levels declined for males born from about 1970 to 1990. After about 1990, they have been stable. So they are not continuing to decline further.
Worth keeping in mind when assessing possible causes.
I did all that with no problem before trt. Honestly just wanted legal roids and regular bloodwork, and doc made the numbers work.SoupNazi2001 said:fooz said:
I'm 42 and recently got my test levels checked for the hell of it. Now I'm doing TRT and feel like a teenager again.
Don't need TRT. Eat meat, lift weights, exercise a lot and do your wife. Problem solved. Lifestyle, lack of exercise and poor diet are the biggest contributors to low T.
