I agree with Fauci, but for a vastly different reason.

The seasonal stimulus in the sunbelt will occur in the latter part of June and throughout most of July, just as it did last year. But it will be considerably muted due to infection-conferred immunity and vaccination-conferred immunity.

He is still under the dangerous delusion that policy can control the epidemic.

There were advantages to having Fauci..Trump always wanted to "fix things" - Fauci was the "apolitical" face of the administrations response, Trump's attempt at trying to be united over a significant event, in an election year. And If things went south, Fauci could be thrown under the bus.

As it so happens, Trumps response was excellent - given the circumstances - and the MSM gave Fauci all the "credit"
