Head stomping while on the ground is an attempt to kill. Your foot isn't a gun or knife, but it works just as well. This woman should get a 2nd degree murder attempt or 1st degree murder attempt if she planned to meet the woman and harm her.

I'm tall and very lanky. I'm mildly athletic. I don't know how to fight, never been in one.

If it happens to Dr Evazan, yes, but if DrEzavan just walked up on this fight, if he shot the assailant, I don't think it's so clear cut.

I have no understanding of what was said or what just happened. How this can be used in a court of law is beyond belief. It sounds like crazy Dave from plants versus zombies
