Honestly that can't possibly be right. That is so comically low that there have to be viewers that just haven't been reported yet.

45.8 million watched Clinton's first address, 51.7 million watched Bush's first address, and 48 million watched Obama's first address.

If it does turn out that enthusiasm and interest for Biden is SO low that really only about 11 million people bothered to watch his first address then I will consider that irrefutable evidence of 2020 being a stolen election and Biden being illegitimate.

But for now I'm going to give this the famous 48 hours.
