At this point it doesn't matter because he's merely one of many. These are people who did not participate in the riot inside at all and were just at the rally. This is patently ridiculous and a complete farcical abuse of power by the government. Of course considering everything else they are doing nothing surprises me anymore.

One of the most contemptible things about the modern U.S. govt and its alphabets is it manufactures enemies the same way the Left does hate crimes --- by actually being them. The old joke that most of the KKK membership is FBI is a trope for that reason. That's very annoying, because that means the govt is often as not CREATING what it seeks to prevent. Entrapment works similarly. When you egg on things, you are causing it, not merely "infiltrating" it. Any group can be led into intemperance by bad leadership. So "fake" hate groups and agent provocateurs is criminal.

And this seems something kind of peculiar to us --- apart from Marxist tyrannies. This faking your own enemies even down to loudmouth spokeseman. (Not saying Fuentes is, but this discussion is aobut that type of fake)
