Unfortunately, Daniel Shaver's murderer was tried and found not guilty.

Tamir Rice's murderer was only fired but should have been arrested.

Even in the U.S. Capitol case, had that woman been instead arrested and handcuffed, and then died while restrained on the ground with a knee on her back/neck for nearly 10 minutes...with cell phone(s) video taping the entire thing...the cop(s) involved would have been charged.
