Isn't this universally accepted throughout the animal kingdom, that males are most often biologically different than females?
I mean, for example, it is clear from this picture which animal is male versus female:
Do some people think that human beings are just unique in that sexual dimorphism doesn't exist in humans?
I mean, men have beards, women don't.
Men have more muscles than women.
Men have better spatial ability than women.
It is unfathomable to me that anyone would argue otherwise.
