The love muscle?

There is a small percentage of outliers in any species because genetics are complex and weird stuff happens, but generally dimorphism is the rule because it serves the purposes of effectively propagating each species with sexual reproduction.

There are lots of fish and plants that change gender actually for various biological reasons. Sometimes even female whitetail deer will grow antlers when hormones are elevated, learned that from the Outdoors Forum. But these are really phenomena of nature to protect a species or mutations.

I don't know much about what makes people feel that way, but I imagine there might some science behind it. I can't see someone trying to be contrarian or ruffle feathers when something like this comes up. Just like animals there is variance with humans. However we are all God's children when it comes out in the wash.

How do you know which deer is male and which is female based on a photo? You need to ask the deer how they identify, bigot!
