If Michael Jackson's doctor can be convicted of involuntary manslaughter, shouldn't the prosecution be going after Hall for Floyd's death?

. waitwhat? will be along soon to tell us don't prejudged but it's definitely manslaughter...oh no said:
For some reason, I'm starting to get an inkling of a sense that maybe, just maybe, it's a tiny bit possible that the cop isn't a murderer. I'll wait for the defense witnesses and testimony though. I bet the prosecution has some tricks up their sleeve to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that asphyxiation from a cop's knee during restraint was the only cause of death.

then I have no answer for you. Maybe Floyd's estate goes after Hall at a later date? seems reasonable.Mr. AGSPRT04 said:A is A said:not white.Mr. AGSPRT04 said:

I asked that yesterday. If anything Hall and Dispatch that was watching the TV instead of telling the ambulance where to go should be on trial.
Well that's because they refuse to look or listen to the evidence. Nelson is drawing straight lines directly to what was happening with Floyd on that fateful day. His behaviors were the same as his GF had observed when he was using those pills that he either obtained from Hall or Hill who were both in the car with Floyd on the day of the encounter with police. Hall also had tried to pass fake bills with Floyd. None of them were working anymore because of covid so is it a far stretch to believe they were getting wasted a lot?aginlakeway said:aggiehawg said:If the prosecution doesn't have absolutely stellar experts, it will be quite an uphill climb to get to proof beyond a reasonable doubt.NewOldAg said:
Yup. But again, we're all armchair jurors at this point. There's only 12(+/- 2) people that matter and they're actually in the jury box.
I can't imagine how that witness was anything but good for Defense, but I also can't imagine how this trial ever got to this point.
How quickly the narrative of the state's case has fallen apart by their own witnesses.
Yep posters on here will still tell you he is a murderer.
Maybe the prosecution is just going to rest now.Good Poster said:

Coaching them extra hard after that last one
Nelson was taking a couple of hits earlier for not being aggressive enough but he obviously knew what was coming. And he handled her extremely well even when she wasn't being cooperative.NewOldAg said:
I mean, I'm not calling this defense "art," but the organic way that the narrative is being defined is impressive. I'm even tempted to quote Bret Bielema after whooping tu, but that feels inappropriate.

If I were on the jury, here is what I want to know.
What was in the toxicology report from his March 2020 OD.
The Defense has already established similarities to the consumed drugs. If his Toxicology from the autopsy shows higher levels than his OD in March...game over... back up the Brinks truck for Chauvin.
THIS. Holy **** this.DallasAg 94 said:

The medical experts for the defense will have seen those records.DallasAg 94 said:
