He knew / recognized Chauvin. He told Chauvin a few days prior during an interaction that "you go to home to your family safe, we go home to our families safe."

This is body camera footage of him fighting, trying to jump out of the car. He is flailing around yelling he can't breathe.

IMO he's having a big anxiety attack. This isn't police assault. He's talking and talking and talking for several minutes saying he can't breathe.

They are getting in the police body cam footage (which is bad for their case IMO) by framing it from the perspective of an outside witness. It's smart. I hate they are doing it this way, but it is smart.

It turns out, perps saying "I can't breathe" is a pretty common thing now. It is a way to put the police on the defensive and maybe buy yourself some time.

Other perps will also fake unconsciousness as a way to possibly catch the police off guard and get away.

A guy like Floyd who had already been in the big house had to be panicking because he didn't want to go back. When you're desperate, you might try anything to get away.

p.s. The jury will never hear this, but Floyd cried out for his mom when he was arrested previously. That was kind of his thing.

Really!? It's been a new day for quite awhile -- eye-witness testimony supported by audio and video of the factual circumstances surrounding the crime ... doesn't get any better than that unless overlooked witnesses are the jurors.

It would drive me crazy to be on the jury and not be able to ask questions.

They probably wouldn't have been too happy with me laughing at the idiot talking about fish eyes drawing back into their head as they die.
