This rang a bell from long ago EMT work. From photo evidence she was in not in identifiable EMS working gear nor able to properly identify as EMS. Had no standing.

Martin was directed by his manager to go outside to Floyd's car and ask him to come back inside. He did that twice.

If only they had just painted inside that store. We could have watched paint dry.
Likely to get the in store video into evidence and show Floyd interacting with others. Clear attempt to show him as a human and not a criminal.
Problem is that everyone is identifying that he is high and takes far too long to make any purchases. Also, quite a few handoffs of bills with his fellow passengers are on camera.
Wonder if defense will go after those handoffs at some point or if prosecution is going to claim that Floyd didn't know the bills were counterfeit as his partner swapped them on him.

Here's the deal. If Floyd had come back inside and provided a real 20 for the fake one, the cops would not have been called. He had two opportunities to do that and refused.
