A muslim was arrested for plotting to kill the creators for a depiction of muhammad. I think comedy central censored the episode. Don't know about the scientology ones but they were great as well as the mormon episodes.

The actual episode they ended up pulling ended brilliantly. Stan starts talking about how if you allow censorship you're letting the terrorists win. There's an original version somewhere where you can hear it all but when it aired, comedy central just put a 3 minute solid beep over the monologue. It actually seemed intentional which was funny but turns out it was comedy central buckling under pressure
