So what's the results now? Gov. Abbott will force the Texas legislature to make new rules and legislation that they really know nothing about, forcing oncor and utilities to harden their systems. Results?California like utility bills and will still have outages when faced with the perfect storm.

The only reason ERCOT exists and isn't just some state organization is precisely this thread. It gives Abbot and the State Legislature cover to say it wasn't them when legally and factually they have total control over it.

They are appointed by a process put into place by the state government of Texas, idk why that is so hard for you to understand.

So you are now saying that wheels has a console in his armrest that he uses to manage the electrical grid and that the state legislature can decide minute by minute which plant should operate and which distribution area should start shedding load?
