That's not correct. Obama completely ignored immigration law with DACA and DAPA. Biden said he would halt all deportations for 90 days. Which part of the immigration act allows that? Dems basically do what they want, law be damned. So tell me again about congress passing laws to deal with immigration. If a law is passed and ignored, what good is it?

Also, banning immigration/travel from certain countries as far as national security must be allowed and performed at the executive level because of threats that may quickly arise. Having to pass a law each time doesn't make sense.

They didn't hide it. Hell most of the Dem candidates said on national TV that they would give illegal immigrants health benefits paid for by American taxpayers. So yes, this is what (stupid, dead, fictitious) people voted for.

i'm curious about the census one for US citizens.. Didn't SCOTUS view the second time that it's a valid question? and census is mostly over. this is just an inconsequential a virtue signal until 2030.
