You see what you want to see as in a 'peaceful protests' that took lives and livelihoods.

If you think the reason no single court would take the election fraud case or rule on means there was no evidence then you obviously are very easily swayed by media and you don't understand how courts and lawsuits work. There were two metrics that needed to be overcome in order for a case to move forward. Those are standing and injury. In almost all cases one of those two was not overcome. The reason for that is due to the very nature of a national election run by states. Its hard for a state to claim standing for things in another state. It's hard to sue prior to the election because parties haven't yet been injured. It's the election process itself that makes it almost impossible to move forward with election fraud suits...not the lack of evidence.
