In addition, he was told to only invite female and BIPOC clients to extra curricular events they sponsored even if it displaced a C Suite white person. And this was two years ago. Yeah, I saw something similar under Obama. Pretty Obvious, not even discrete But, we had a Govt Contract so I am sure that the contracting officer made sure we knew what to do in order to keep the contract.

Sorry but I have a hard time believing that. I can understand having diversity and inclusion goals but no way a for profit company totally chooses to just hire based upon ethnicity.

This started when #metoo kicked off so it was initially focused on getting more women into the ranks by any means possible.

Yes it can and does. They are much more afraid of "Wokeness" and being pilloried by the news media than they are of any EEOC complaints filed by White Men that will easily get dismissed by a Diversity Hire that is hearing the case.
