A couple of years back, the speaker at my daughter's graduation was an alumni whose claim to fame was being involved in helping pregnant women in the third world. The pregnant women wouldn't be considered 'minority' as they were in the majority in these countries.AgBMF42 said:

You can't compare maternal outcomes in areas where soap and string are considered medical care to areas with full prenatal care, medication, surgical intervention on standby, and neonatal ICUs.
This isn't about whitey suppressing minorities. It's about some societies not giving a rip about their own people.
