Sure seems like there's no recourse when states and individuals fail to obey the law during elections.

I don't see how we can have faith in elections when there's no audit trail, no identity verification, widespread mail-in voting, safeguards are ignored or broken at will, and there's no one to turn to.

This alliance of states needs to organize and continue and use joint action and nullification if the Dems steal the Senate and the Biden admin gets too socialist or despotic. Half of the country thought there was something fishy --- if they start doing Marxist things, lower the boom on D.C.

If the Supreme Court ruled that one state has standing to interfere with the election law in another state, where would it end? Would every state be able to tell the rest of the states how to run their elections?

It seems to me that the inevitable end point would be for the federal government to take the elections away from the states and establish one set of rules for all the states. Of course, that would require an amendment.

But it is duly noted that the cult is upset that the US is upset that our states are independent of each other instead of all under the firm control of the federal government and the President.

All of these lawsuits have been jokes. All of them. There was not one serious lawsuit filed with any expectation that it would lead to anything.

They've all been filed for political reasons and to raise money from vulnerable people.

I grew up during the end of the cold war. I always viewed the world as the freedom loving US and the totalitarian USSR.

Our media has been Pravda for decades.
Our FBI is essentially the KGB.
Our laws our purely at the whim of the ruling class.
Our elections are a sham.
We have no recourse.

As the case stated, we are either a nation of laws or the Constitution is just a worthless parchment to be viewed under glass. We now have the answer to that.
