On Thursday, 3 lawsuits came to a conclusion

Georgia
Quote:

And in Georgia, the attorney L. Lin Wood saw a federal judge, who was appointed by Trump last year, reject his request to block the state from certifying its vote tally, which Biden is projected to win, as in Pennsylvania and Arizona. Grimberg said the claims from the campaign had "no basis either in fact or law,"

Pennsylvania
Quote:

In Pennsylvania, the Trump campaign lost its appeal in the Court of Common Pleas of a decision by the Bucks County Board of Elections to allow the count of certain mail-in ballots there.

Arizona
Quote:

In Arizona, the Maricopa County Court dismissed a lawsuit by the state Republican Party that had sought to expand an audit of Arizona's election results, and also denied a bid to have Maricopa County barred from certifying its election results.

That's it. Wrap it up. No need to keep fighting.

Funny you didn't post a link to the PA case they won this week.

Conveniently left off the fact that Dominion didn't show up today to answer questions in front of the PA legislature and then lawyered up.

Conveniently left off that Wayne County in MI isn't certifying their results due to many irregularities.

Conveniently left off that the PA SOS lawyers just bailed last minute.

I wish Mr. Wood well in his endeavors with the 11th circuit. Hopefully he retains competent counsel this time.

All litigation in AZ has either been dropped or dismissed.

I stand corrected. They certified under conditions that there would be an audit. They then rescinded their vote. They wrote affidavits that they were enticed to certify the votes.

Because it highlights something very obvious to those of us that comprehend economics.

He is, but he couldn't be bothered to appear in support of his own TRO hearing where his counsel was flattened by a recent Trump appointee. As Lin said he didn't do this for the Georgia voters just because it was easy, but rather for the free pub.

The brilliant legal maneuverings of Lin Wood, whom I have been told is one of the best lawyers in the country who would never risk his reputation.

Trumps lawyers do not have subpoena power to force election officials, Dominion officers, or anyone else to be forced to admit wrongdoing under penalty of perjury.

Also, private citizens (like Trump lawyers) do not have the ability to bring a lawsuit in a criminal matter.

These are reasons why government officials need to lead this matter, but generally haven't at this point.

If they have lawsuits filed, they have subpoena power.

The Penn fed lawsuit that Rudy argued has been dismissed.

From the court:

Quote:

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants' motions and dismiss Plaintiffs' action with prejudice.
MASAXET

On page 29 the judge helpfully answers his own question from the hearing that Rudy couldn't answer: what scrutiny applies to the claims. Hint, it's not "regular scrutiny" as Rudy stated at one point
boboguitar
How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am shocked that the steel trap mind of Rudy "what is strict scrutiny" Gulliani did not win that case.
