If you were saying this a year ago, or even in January, this would be true.
But Covid changed all of that. Shutting down economies in most states unemployed huge numbers of people, shuttered thousands of businesses (many permanently) and fundamentally scared the hell out of a lot of people either about the economy, the virus, or both.
You can blame China, the media, democrat governors in blue states, bad luck or whatever you want, but it can't be ignored.
