I believe the turnout is not 85% of all voters including the same day registrations, it's that the total number of voters including those who registered on Tuesday is 85% of the number of voters who were registered before Tuesday. That's how it's possible to get over 100% in some wards.

If you have 10k registered voters on Monday and 50% of them vote, then another 2.5k people who come in and register/vote at the same time, that's going to come in as 75% turnout. I think.

Wait, the County Clerk site has the option to look at votes by ward. It only shows 610 votes total for president in Ward 274, not 1,290. The mkecitywire article in the OP says their source is the County Clerk (although they don't link to it), but the data doesn't seem to match. They also show only 243,144 total votes, whereas the County Clerk lists 460,300. There are more wards listed on the County Clerk site. Is anyone else reporting on this than mkecitywire?

Could the attorney general of another state sue Pennsylvania or Georgia for their acceptance of unmarked unsigned ballots, thereby allowing fraud?

Hillary won only 65% of Milwaukee vote in 2016 by contrast and here Biden win 80+ percent.

I know it's not gonna happen, but if Trump were to win AZ and WI got overturned by the courts...
