That should end up being a great investment. Assuming it hasn't been wiped.

I have seen that video before and wondered the same thing. Why would a postal worker a) collect and segregate ballots and b) put them into a drop box instead of returning them to the post office for sorting?

Actually, no. They can question pre-investigation according to FBI guidelines.

Here's an indictment:

Quote:

Michele White, the former Prince William County Voter Registrar, faces fraud charges in multiple incidents during the November 2020 General Election, court documents state.

The county's current voter registrar found irregularities in the 2020 General Election, prompting the investigation.

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares handed down the charges today by a grand jury in Manassas. According to the indictment, White neglected her duty as an election officer. Between November 3 and November 2020, she made a false statement, and between August 1 and December 31, 2020, she again neglected her duties, the indictment states.

The Attorney General declined to comment due to the ongoing nature of the investigation. In April 2022, Virginia's State Board of Elections unanimously voted to ask the Attorney General to investigate "irregularities or deviations from administration procedures during in Prince William County during the 2020 General Election," according to Board of Elections meeting minutes.

White came to Prince William County in February 2015 to work in the Office of Elections, overseeing ballot counting and voter registration. She quietly left the office in April 2021. Phillip Campbell, the former Prince William County Board of Supervisors Clerk, came out of retirement to manage the office on an interim basis.

Eric Olsen, the county's current voter registrar, took the reins in November 2021, following the General Election. Olsen tells Potomac Local News White's actions did not affect the election's outcome and that he reported the discrepancies to the State Board of Elections, prompting the investigation.

"In 2022, the Electoral Board and new Director of Elections have built an entirely new leadership team that is dedicated to fair and accurate elections. Many improvements and best practices have been adopted to ensure a safe and transparent voting experience for the voters of Prince William County," Olsen told Potomac Local News.

Well, this is interesting.

Quote:

Everything changed when Fox News declared victory for then-candidate Joe Biden in the swing state of Arizona on the night of the 2020 election. The call was to many questionably early, even though the network's top Decision Desk analysts remained confident that it was the correct call. Hundreds of thousands of uncounted votes were still up in the air that night.
And for days afterward, apparently.

Quote:

Bret Baier, a hard news personality at Fox, took the brunt of the criticism on social media over the early Arizona call from supporters of former President Donald Trump, as he was on-air for Fox as results poured in across the country, and he was the one who announced the network's call, alongside anchor Martha MacCallum. The shockingly early Arizona call not only ticked off Trump supporters, but also the Trump campaign itself.
Quote:

As it turns out, Baier might have been mistakenly added to the list of media personalities no longer favored by Trump or his tens of millions of supporters. A forthcoming book, The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021, by Peter Baker and Susan Glasser, claims that Baier was definitely not okay with his network making the early, controversial Arizona call in Biden's favor.
Quote:

In the book, the authors write that Baier penned an email to Fox News president Jay Wallace, indicating, "The Trump campaign was really pissed" over the call and wanted it reversed.

"This situation is getting uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. I keep having to defend this on air," Baier reportedly added in his email to Wallace.
Quote:

In the email, the authors of the book claim Baier went as far as to urge Wallace to have the Fox News Decision Desk reverse the Arizona call, even at the risk of taking even more criticism.
"The sooner we pull it even if it gives us major egg and we put it back in his column the better we are in my opinion," Baier reportedly said, according to the book. Wow.
Insider noted:
Quote:

The authors called the statement "stunning," given that Arizona was never in the Trump column, even if his margin of defeat in the state narrowed just after the election. "The leading news anchor for Fox was pushing not just to say Arizona was too close to call but to pretend that the president had won it," they wrote.
While Wallace didn't allow the Arizona call to be reversed, he clearly took Baier's plea for assistance quite seriously. The book claims that the Fox News president, later on election night, refused to let the network call Nevada, another key swing state, for Biden. The authors wrote that Wallace "did not want Fox to be the first to call the election and declare Biden president-elect."

Quote:

A major lawsuit has been filed by Fulton County, Pennsylvania against Dominion Voting Systems on Wednesday morning.

The lawsuit focuses around violations of their contract, certification issues, connectivity issues, and alleged foreign databases and scripts found on the systems. Some of the claims are on par with the "debunked" rumors associated with the "most secure election ever" claims, including internet connectivity, outdated security protections, remote accessibility, and random USBs inserted.
Quote:

46. On or after November 2020, Fulton County became aware of severe
anomalies in the Dominion Voting Systems due to the inaccuracy and/or inability
to reconcile voter data with votes actually cast and counted, i.e., tabulated, by the
System in Fulton County

47. On or after November 2020, Fulton County became aware of certain
factors and aspects of the Dominion Voting Systems that did not meet the
"conditions" for certification set forth in the January 2019 / February 2019
certification report

49. In addition, Fulton County was informed of additional anomalies and

problems in Dominion's "voting" systems via an expert report written by J. Alex
Halderman in July 2021. (EXHIBIT C, the Halderman Declaration, September
21, 2021).

50. In his declaration, Halderman described numerous security
vulnerabilities in Dominion's ICX software, including flaws that would allow
attackers to install malicious software on the ICX, either with temporary or
physical access (such as that of voters in polling places) or remotely from election
management systems. EXHIBIT C

52. At the time of that report, the author described that these
vulnerabilities still existed, and could be mitigated, but that such mitigation would
"take months for Dominion to assess the problems, develop responsive software
updates, test them, obtain any necessary approvals from the EAC and state-level
certification authorities, and distribute the new software…."

54. The report also notes that the ICX is set to be used in 2022 in at least
parts of 16 states, including Pennsylvania, with these vulnerabilities and faults
still in place

57.

c. There were non-certified database tools installed on the Dominion

Voting System;
d. There were changes made to EMS three weeks before the 2020
election; and

e. There was a lack of commonwealth L&A inspections of the
Dominion Voting Systems.

66. …on September 15, 2022, a commissioned report revealed several deficiencies and the
absence of information and data that directly implicated and contradicted the
contractual terms, conditions, promises, and warranties provided to Fulton
County by Dominion in the Agreement and the conditions required for
certification in the Dominion Certification Report.

69. The September Report showed that external USB hard drives had been
inserted in the machines on several occasions, and that there is no known list of
approved external drives that could have been or were used or inserted into the
machines. In this regard, the report concluded that there was no
way to determine whether and to what extent these unauthorized drives
compromised the data or the system.

70. The September Report further concluded that there had been

"substantial changes" to the drives as seen with the inclusion of over 900 .dll files

and links created since the date of installation of the Dominion software and these

pathways constituted a security breach due to the introduction of an unauthorized

"script" into the Dominion voting systems used in Fulton County.

71. The September Report found that a "python script" had been installed
after the certification date of the system" and not only should such a script not
have been added to the system, but "[t]his python script can exploit and create
any number of vulnerabilities including, external access to the system, data export
of the tabulations, or introduction of other metrics not part of or allowed by the
certification process." Id., 5. Among other findings, this constituted a direct
violation of and failure of the conditions required for certification in the
Dominion Certification Report,

72. Each of the drives are "interconnected in a system to one another" and
that this would be required to share data and counts between devices. Id., 6.
However, "ecause of this networking, unauthorized access [to] any one device,
allowed unauthorized access to any device connected to the network of devices."
Id. Among other findings, this constituted a direct violation of and failure of the
conditions required for certification in the Dominion Certification Report

73. The September Report further determined that "[a]n external IP

address that is associated with Canada is found on the Adjudication01

[workstation]" and "[t]his shows that at least one of the network devices has

connected to an external device on an external network" and that this was the

same device that the post-certification python script was found on. Id., 7.

Among other findings, this constituted a direct violation of and failure of the

conditions required for certification in the Dominion Certification Report, see

EXHIBIT B, pp. 40-50, C.

74. The log files for the Adjudication device showed an IP address of

172.102.16.22, which derives from a location in Quebec, Canada and that this

revealed a serious issue to be connected remotely to a Canadian system

75. The machines and devices only had Windows Defender dating to July

2016 and that no other updates had been made. The report concluded

that "viruses or malicious software" created after that date would not be combated
by the systems without proper updates.

Yeah, that got me for second as well.

I have been a broken record about these counties, or states going after Dominion and other electronic voting companies under Deceptive Trade Practices because their representations as to their product is a load of hooey.

And our federal agency, the EAC, is a joke and waste of money in its current form. The recently departed head of the EAC, Ryan Macias, was Katie Hobbs rep during the Maricopa audit after he first tried to sneak in claiming he was a member of the press.

Quote:

Today, grassroots organization Pure Integrity Michigan Elections filed a lawsuit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for violating the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) when she contracted with the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) under the auspices of cleaning up Michigan's voter rolls.
Quote:

The Secretary of State, as Michigan's chief election officer. She oversees the Bureau of Elections, which will now consider the alleged breach of federal law. From an optimist's perspective, the BOE now has the opportunity to right a major wrong and set their boss on the right track.
Quote:

Thomas More Society attorneys filed the complaint against Benson on behalf of non-profit Pure Integrity Michigan Elections (PIME) and this writer who serves as PIME's president. The complaint was filed on Sep. 21, 2022, in accordance with Secretary of State-HAVA requirements.
Quote:

"Membership in ERIC is a disaster," said Patrice Johnson, chair of PIME. "Federal law prohibits states from sharing their voters' confidential information, let alone with an opaque third-party organization that refuses to respond to Freedom Of Information Act requests and shares residents' legally protected, personal information with biased contractors and subcontractors."

The ERIC Agreement states that ERIC was formed to "reform the election system of the United States" and it may share informatio with "contractors and subcontractors."
Quote:

"Excuse me," Johnson said, "but that's the role of our elected state legislature, not some four-employee, Soros-funded Delaware nonprofit that hasn't published an annual report since 2017."

The congressionally enacted Help America Vote Act (HAVA) requires the secretary of state to maintain and implement Michigan's Qualified Voter File, the secure voter list used by the Bureau of Elections and more than 1,500 Michigan election clerks, without outside assistance. However, Benson violated this federal law by contracting with Electronic Registration Information Center to maintain and implement Michigan's Qualified Voter File.

Thomas More Society Special Counsel Erick Kaardal asserts that Benson's decision to avoid her federally designated constitutional duty and to illegally outsource voter file maintenance and implementation could wreak havoc on the state's election process and potentially rig Michigan's federal elections toward certain candidates, a clear violation of the Help America Vote Act.

"Under the Help America Vote Act, maintaining state voter registration is seen as such a core governmental purpose that Congress deemed that it cannot be delegated to any other organization, including the Electronic Registration Information Center," Kaardal explained. "As every Michigan resident knows, some things must be done by oneself. Similarly, the Help America Vote Act requires the Michigan secretary of state to fulfill her constitutional duty and maintain the Qualified Voter File by herself, even if she does so badly."
Quote:

"When SOS Benson joined Michigan in ERIC, she claimed her goal was to clean up the state's voter rolls," Johnson added. "Today, the number of Michigan's registered voters has climbed to more than 104% of its voting-age population. That impossible number could function like a slush fund of phantom voters for fraudsters to dip into."
Quote:

"ERIC does NOT clean the voter rolls. It bloats them," Johnson said. "Sixteen statesThat's more than half of the 31 states that participate in ERIChave voter rolls containing more registered voters than they have voting age residents." She cited data published in Settling the Confusion about ERIC by the American Policy Center, investigative findings from Verity Vote, and reports from Judicial Watch.
LINK

One to watch. If this case shows ERIC is unlawful under the federal HAVA, it's out of business everywhere.

In December 2020, US Attorney General Bill Barr said there was "no evidence" of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Barr said there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, defying President Donald Trump's ongoing efforts to reverse the results.
Quote:

Bill Barr sent out a memo on November 9, 2020, saying there should be investigations of the elections.
Jeff Clark told Steve Bannon the FOIA requests have come back from every district but one with NO DOCUMENTS.

No investigations were done as a result of that memo. There is only one of the 12 districts that has not yet come in and that's the eastern district of Pennsylvania.

The US Attorney of the Eastern District asked to investigate issues in his district. Barr denied the request!

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) announced on Friday that the state will replace voting machines in Coffee County after a forensics team linked to former President Trump handled the equipment last year.

"To allay the fears being stoked by perennial election deniers and conspiracy theorists, we're replacing Coffee County's election machines," Raffensperger said in a statement.
Quote:

"Replacing the equipment puts an end to any argument that the results in Coffee County, and anywhere else in Georgia for that matter, will not accurately reflect the will of Georgia voters."

Footage released earlier this month shows contractors reportedly hired by Trump attorney Sidney Powell, accompanied by some investigators from Raffensperger's office, copying voter data from machines in Coffee County.

The footage, taken a day after the attack on the U.S. Capitol, was discovered in conjunction with a larger-scale criminal investigation into Trump allies' efforts to overturn presidential election results in the state of Georgia.
Quote:

Raffensperger emphasized his support of the investigations into Georgia elections and claimed that "anyone who broke the law should be punished to its full extent."

"Voters expect to be able to trust their election officials and we rely on Georgia's local election officials to follow the rules and laws that protect the integrity of Georgia elections," he said.

"If the ongoing investigation by the State Election Board and the GBI uncovers violations of the law, those individuals should be prosecuted and punished to the full extent of the law."
Quote:

The secretary of State's announcement specified that officials would provide Coffee County with new ballot marking devices, printers, precinct scanners, poll pads and thumb drives. The county's election management server and central scanner workstation have already been replaced.

It is also a tell that Dominion is incapable of checking their own hardware, erasing their software to remove any malware that very theoretically might have been placed therein and do a reinstall.

Think about it. Do you trash and throw away your entire laptop because you got a virus? No, you fix the problem.

Agree with the above, but reason I called it a sham is this is just theater. They dims are trying out the narrative now that the MAGA Reps modified the voting machines and now they are contaminated/poisoned/compromised. Remember, the dims accuse reps of what they are guilty of doing themselves.

The actual hardware can be wiped and set back to factory new pretty easily. At the most a hard drive change would do it. Actually would make a lot of sense to have removable had drives and procedures to image them and lock them down.

Still by far the best thing would be a mass movement imposing the removal of voting machines involved in 2020 (all brands) and go back to late 20th C methods. If Kerry won 2004 it means more than one 21st C election was ruined by voting machines.
