Dinesh's explanation of retail phone tracking in the first minute requires connection to a wifi network to determine location that precisely. Later he talks about tracking terrorists inside Afghanistan(the size of Texas) and Kabul(dozens of square miles) in minute 2-3.

There's a reason "True the Vote" aka "2000 mules" have 4 million minutes of surveillance video from Atlanta and haven't found a single person going to a dropbox twice. It doesn't exist.

But you can pay $20 to watch his dramatic fictional reenactments.

What sort of person uses "found ballots" as a basis for "see! There's nothing wrong with the election process!" The lack of proper handling and security of ballots is a huge problem no matter what. I don't want to see it ever.

The only way I can see to fight is to infiltrate these counting sites, document the hell out of everything you see, and report the second it is completed. The only way to beat them is to count the votes.

Frustrating, but not as frustrating as the fact that these machines are STILL IN USE across the country.

Democrats are STEALING elections. What is going to have to happen to stop it? Serious question - do Republicans need to file lawsuits in every state/county? Dominion should be out of business and it appears lots of people should be in jail.

I've been a broken record on state AG's suing the pants off of Dominion under Deceptive Trade Practices. Clearly those election officials were defrauded into buying these systems that do not work as advertised.

Electronic voting systems, so-called accreditation of them like SLI and Pro V&V and even the EAC are a revolving door of a small number of people. The people involved are tasked with checking their own work mostly. It's a racket.

I think everyone should send that Otero County report to their US Rep and ask them why this shouldn't be a concern in the counties in their district. Why shouldn't we be concerned and disenfranchised because our votes may not matter at all? Why shouldn't we be concerned about a system that allows foreign and out of state elitists to fund political candidates in their district, and to fund NGOs to assist with several steps in the process, as well as the corruption that approves vulnerable and insecure voter rolls, vulnerable and insecure tabulation machines, and vulnerable and insecure drop boxes? ...and why aren't incumbent state and federal politicians more upset about this or doing anything to change it?

At what level of government are the voter rolls controlled? District? County? City?

Bigger question is who blocks voter roll reform?

And just like that, elections in Wisconsin are lost.

Quote:

The Wisconsin Assembly Republican leader who hired a former state Supreme Court justice to investigate the 2020 election fired him Friday, three days after the lawmaker beat a primary opponent whom the investigator and former President Donald Trump had endorsed.

The firing of Michael Gableman capped a 14-month ride that began when Assembly Speaker Robin Vos hired him to look into the election under pressure from Trump. But as the probe progressed under bipartisan criticism, Vos' relationship soured with both Trump and Gableman.
Quote:

Vos initially said he was "supremely confident" in Gableman's abilities. After his election win Tuesday, Vos called Gableman an "embarrassment to himself" and to the state. Gableman, who has repeated Trump's lie that the 2020 presidential election was "stolen," has said that Vos "never wanted a real investigation."

"After having many members of our caucus reach out to me over the past several days, it is beyond clear to me that we only have one choice in this matter, and that's to close the Office of Special Counsel," Vos said in a statement issued first to The Associated Press on Friday.

Gableman did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
Quote:

One major fissure between Vos and Gableman came when Gableman said in a report that lawmakers should consider decertifying the 2020 election, as Trump wants. Vos rejected that suggesting, citing widespread legal opinions that it is both unconstitutional and impossible to do.

Vos had repeatedly said the goal of the probe was not to overturn the 2020 election, a move Gableman later told Vos privately in writing was impossible. Even Gableman's own attorney told lawmakers that decertification was "pointless."

Vos said people with ongoing concerns about election integrity should focus on defeating Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, who vetoed changes Republicans wanted. Republican gubernatorial candidate Tim Michels supports disbanding the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission and has said he would have signed the bills Evers vetoed.

The Pinon Post did a nice job capturing the key moments and findings from the presentation:
Quote:

On Thursday, the Otero County Commission held a special meeting at the Flickinger Center in downtown Alamogordo to discuss the findings of the Otero County audit, which resulted in the uncovering of multiple abnormalities. Presenting on the fraud included IT expert Jeffrey Lenberg, Professor David Clements, Erin Clements, and Cynthia Butler, a statistician.

Butler's findings from a statistical analysis of votes were that there are margins of error in Otero County around 20 to 30 percent, which she said "is consistent with mail-in ballot stuffing" and "digital ballot stuffing."

Erin Clements presented the abnormalities in voting registration data. One interesting finding in her presentation was that trends in voter registrations through the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) continued in constant patterns even when Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham closed down the MVD during the pandemic, signifying algorithms artificially adding these new voters. She also mentioned ballot boxes in Doña Ana County found in a warehouse that had 3,000 to 5,000 ballots unsecured.

In Otero County's case, Clements found indications that there were absentee ballot envelopes with multiple postmarks, birth years and Social Security numbers unfilled, indications that ballots were scanned twice, tabulators filling out unfilled ballot questions, tabulators counting folds as votes, and machines being incorrectly programmed for write-ins.

Quote:

Lenberg focused on how the New Mexico voting machines were running out-of-date software while the 2020 General Election project file was missing from Otero County. Lenberg explained how risk-limiting audits, like those in New Mexico, do not work. He noted how Otero County is "one of the few counties to take action" and to "clear the air." He noted how his inspection into fraud in Antrim County, Michigan triggered the Department of Homeland Security to demand a special prosecutor be appointed to persecute him.

The audit of Otero County resulted in a 500-page assessment report showing all the fraud found in the county. Recommendations for the County include decoupling the election process, where a tabulator company does not audit their own machines and where scans of ballots by the individual precinct are uploaded to a public site immediately following the election to ensure transparency. Other recommendations are included in their report.

David Clements said, "Public trust has been eviscerated," regarding the election process.

The Otero County Commission approved two measures at the meeting. One was to pursue a lawsuit against Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver on a vote of 2-1 and a motion to remove drop boxes, remove voting machines, and hand count ballot on a vote of 2-1. Commissioners Marquardt and Couy Griffin voted in support of both measures, while the lone vote against both was Commissioner Gerald Matherly.
Quote:

The courageous and just Otero County Commission voted on Thursday night to sue New Mexico's corrupt Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver for certifying a corrupted 2020 Election. In addition, the County voted to remove drop boxes, remove voting machines, and to perform hand counts of ballots going forward.

Been listening to the Arizona presentation. By certifying a vote that is insecure, it is a violation o federal law, specifically HAVA. The statute required all voting systems be checked, inspected logic and accuracy testing before use in each election. When that is not done (and it isn't in the vast majority of states) the system is out of compliance and cannot be certified.

Louisiana is taking election integrity seriously. Severed ties with ERIC and has issued an order to preserve 2020 election records among others.

Quote:

Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin appears to be listening to Louisiana citizens. Recently, Ardoin terminated Louisiana's relationship with the Electronic Registration Information System (ERIC), created by his predecessor. ERIC is a voluntary nation-wide voter registration system funded in part by leftist Globalist George Soros' Open Society. Of the 31 member states, Louisiana is the first and only one yet to terminate its relationship with ERIC due to serious security concerns regarding ERIC's management of voter registration information.
Quote:

It is also important to note that Secretary Ardoin recently issued a critically important directive to Louisiana election officials that will both further secure the 2022 mid-term elections and, in due course, provide an opportunity to fully review election data from the controversial 2020 election. Specifically, Secretary Ardoin's directive requires officials to retain records "for the 2020 election, as well as each federal election going forward until otherwise noted." (Emphasis added).

Quote:

In LACAG's last submission on election reform, we linked to the testimony of Alex Halderman before the Louisiana Voting System Commission on December 13, 2021 regarding the acute vulnerabilities of Ballot Marking Devices (BMDs) used by 90% of American citizens to vote. Halderman testified that BMDs can be electronically hacked, and votes can be remotely switched from one candidate or proposition to another, without being detected by election officials. Halderman testified that bad cyber actors have tried, and continue to try, to electronically manipulate our votes. Halderman is joined by other prominent cyber-security experts like Andrew Appel of Princeton, Richard DeMillo of Georgia Tech, and Philip Stark of the University of California, Berkeley, all of whom recommend kicking BMDs to the curb as a universal voting method and replacing it with a system of secure, hand-marked paper ballots as the only fail-safe method of securing our vote. At this point, any Louisiana election official who resists the compelling need to trash BMDs does so at the risk of their political viability. LACAG continues to encourage Louisiana citizens to contact their local clerks of court and registrars of voters and say "no mas" to universal BMDs.

Video of December 2021 hearing is HERE and HERE

ETA: Halderman's testimony is in the second video.

The recount of the 2022 primaries in a couple of counties in Colorado has been a complete cluster.

They went to do a logic and accuracy testing using a test deck the same test deck as they performed before the primaries. Came back with a 53% adjudication rate whereas before the logic and accuracy testing had a six ballot per 4200 ballot adjudication rate. And other zany stuff.

One of the candidates gave an interview detailing the process and how bad it was.

Quote:

The test used 4,200 dummy ballots, featuring every possible formulation of a vote that could be cast in the June 2022 primary election, Chuck Broerman, the El Paso county clerk and recorder, told the AP in a phone interview. Of those 4,200, 2,226 dummy ballots deliberately contained undervotes, or instances where a selection for a race was left blank. State recount rules require the machines to flag any ballots with undervotes and forward them to bipartisan teams(adjudication), who then ensure the ballots are tabulated correctly.

So the fact that 2,226 dummy ballots were sent for further review shows that the machines are working as designed and in accordance with state law, not that they are failing, Broerman said.

"The machine is doing exactly as it's supposed to by statute," Broerman said. "It's not an error, it's exactly what we expected."

Peters' campaign did not respond to the AP's request for comment, nor did The Gateway Pundit.

Peters also faces felony charges for her alleged role in breaking into another Colorado county's election system in search of proof of conspiracy theories promoted by former President Donald Trump
