Bannon was speaking with Judge Gableman (WI) yesterday, and the judge said David Becker is a big name to remember. He's supposedly up there with Zuck influence-wise, and from his bio it seeems it's because of his brainpower (Jeopardy, Berkeley, wwtbamillionaire, etc).

The judge sounding as impressed as he did means he's a bad actor, but good at what he does.

True the Vote Charlie Kirk Interview Part 1: A Ballot Laundering 'Cartel'

True the Vote's Catherine Engelbrecht & Gregg Philips sat down with Charlie Kirk for an illuminating hour long interview detailing their ultra high-tech investigation into an "organized crime" ballot trafficking operation that swung the 2020 election for Joe Biden.

The drop box stuffing activity followed a consistent pattern, Gregg explained. Every operation involved "a set of collectors, a collection point or stash house for all the ballots, the bundling of those ballots, and then the casting of those ballots [in the drop boxes] by, what we were calling, 'mules.'"

"And as we began put the pieces and parts together, it really did dawn on us: 'Well, this sounds like what's happening in Atlanta or in San Luis, Arizona'... This was a conspiracy, this was organized crime," he emphasized.

Catherine describes the "fateful moment" when she turned to Gregg and asked, "How do we take down a cartel?"

"That's when we began to use the terms like stash houses, and drop points, and mules, and trafficking, and voter abuse because that's what we're looking at," she continued.

True the Vote spent $2 million to buy publicly available cell phone data that can pinpoint an individual's location to within a few inches. They then narrowed their search to targets that began visiting drop boxes and NGO offices during the early voting weeks leading up to November 3rd, activity that was contrary to their prior "pattern of life." In Georgia, the threshold was at least two dozen trips to drop boxes and five visits to a non-profit.

Catherine described their filtering logic, they wanted parameters that were "outside the norm, so aberrant that it would just stick out like a sore thumb in terms of a dataset… We wanted to have such clear margins, such clear lines that we finally settled on groups that were going [to the drop boxes] in Georgia an average of 23 times so distinctive. And, as Gregg points out, they also had to go to the NGOs so they had to meet both those criteria a certain number of times for us to really drill down and study."

Through open records requests, True the Vote acquired and drop box surveillance video (when available), which helped them confirm the trafficking activity. They also evaluated chain of custody documents to identify what a typical day looked like at a given drop box. Those records showed normal ballot drop data punctuated by "spikes" in ballot receipts. This information helped them home in on specific dates and times buried in their 4 million minutes of footage.

"This is how money laundering works," Charlie observed. "This is not just a one-off thing, this is not some Democrat activist that really wanted Trump gone and might have had a couple friends do this. This was a machine."

"Which state was the worst offender?," Charlie asked. "Pennsylvania," Gregg said. "The worst in every way: 1,155 people met our criteria… in Philadelphia."

"What's even more insane," Catherine said, "is watching the data, watching the pings come across the bridge in New Jersey and into Philly." The traffickers actually crossed state lines to participate in the fraud. And it wasn't just in Philadelphia. Two mules in Arizona made their way to Georgia for the runoffs. And a bartender in South Carolina came in to "help out" in Atlanta, Gregg added.

Even more disturbing, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSA) knew about the systematic ballot stuffing and did nothing. "We learned that there were off-duty law enforcement officers, paid for by the Republican Party, that reported all of this. And [the NRSA] just covered it up," Gregg said.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich has been quiet about his election fraud investigation for Arizona and Maricopa County, and I guess this is why.

Last week he released preliminary findings via "interim report" letter to Karen Fann in the AZ Senate--a twice scanned copy of a .pdf! (shakes fist). No evidence of significant voter fraud it seems (yet?), but his wording says they are continuing to investigate.

Quote:

Our team of EIU investigators and attorneys has now collectively spent thousands of hours reviewing the Senate's audit reports and other complaints, conducting interviews, and analyzing Maricopa County's election system and processes. We have reached the conclusion that the 2020 election in Maricopa County revealed serious vulnerabilities that must be addressed and raised questions about the 2020 election in Arizona.
This letter is not a full report (if they plan on one?) and doesn't identify any fraud. But it does reference the nine cases of fraud that the Brnovich's Elections Integrity Unit has uncovered in the 2020 presidential election thus far (perhaps more are in process).

Six felons allegedly managed to vote while in Pima County jail. Three people who returned their recently deceased mothers' early ballots.

Kelli Ward has been celebrating on twitter as if this shows widespread fraud. And then asks for donations. But from what I can tell it doesn't identify anything new that wasn't already raised by Ninjas.

Nine cases of election fraud. Out of 3.4 million votes cast.

First, the Justice Department is not part of this investigation. The Arizona Attorney General Office is leading the investigation. States run our elections silly head. This is page 563 of this thread.

Second, are you saying the Arizona Attorney General is intentionally over or under representing the number of election fraud cases it has prosecuted? They themselves have cited 9, from their files below. Not from MSM ...

Is Mark Brnovich the next victim of the Deep State? What factors into your belief?

Edit: or not and
For a count of Fraud to happen, you essentially have to be able to nail down a specific person and the actions of that person. I think the vulnerabilities he sites is his way of saying, "**** went down, but there is no way that my office can say for certain who did exactly what."

There have been countless examples and documentation as to what went wrong with the election. The issue is that, I believe, if you start putting these people on trial for a fraud crime, they will just point the finger at someone else as he/she was the mastermind until there are 30 cases of hung juries.

Doesn't look good for an attorney general to have that black mark on his record. The 9 cases that have been brought were specific instances that could be traced back to a single person, date and time.

The issues we have here is that something happened by a group of people over a long period of time. No prosecutor (except if it against Trump) will touch that with a 10 foot pole.

The Charlie Kirk Show with True the Vote and Phillips is up on rumble

They go through how the cell phone data and pings were utilized to locate instances of ballot trafficking and drop boxes.

Interestingly, they hypothesize that the Feds were doing the same thing prior to and on January 6th, 2021.

Don't know if this has already popped up. But a judge actually used common sense and acquitted a man of misdemeanor charges associated with the so-called coup:

https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/06/politics/magical-acquitted-us-capitol-riot/index.html

Quote:

The acquittal is a major milestone in the massive January 6 investigation, as hundreds of people face the same misdemeanors as Martin. Dozens of rioters have alleged that they were allowed into the Capitol by police officers and that they did not know entering the building was illegal. The not guilty verdict is likely to embolden more alleged rioters to head to trial with similar claims.
There is no "alleged" about it. The government let many of these people inside the building.

Hard to claim something is illegal when you are opening the doors for them.

Now why would the Capitol Police do that if entry to the public were illegal?

I'll place that question under topics Madame Pelosi's January 6th Inquisition will never bring up.

It could, if law enforcement officials GAS.

If you haven't watched the True the Vote video I posted above, suggest you do so to see how 2000 mules trafficked in ballots across Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania (the worst with 1159 mules), Wisconsin, Michigan in selected areas.

"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

BZZZZZZ! Wrong! Still illegal in the states that passed the law against Zuckbucks.

Now, volunteer poll workers, even temp staff? Different question. BTW, I was trying to track down a Runbeck Election Services contract today and found this:

Nice find, thanks for posting that. A lot of stuff about Runbeck and Dominion have been memory holed so it is hard to get information, particularly contract.

Quote:

Broerman called out by Commissioner Gonzales on months long delay in bringing Runbeck contract to public light. Broerman admits mysterious error in delivering contract to Runbeck for approval. /7

Broerman invokes "paper shortage" pretext for sticking with Runbeck. Take note: You'll be hearing this pretext a lot from propaganda machine.

The rest of the media bolted an hour ago and didn't bother to stay for public discussion of Runbeck. /9
Letter from Wayne Williams read into record. Invokes paper shortage, attacks Tina Peters. /10

All of these election related contracts with private entities should be as transparent as possible, yet they aren't for some reason. Dominion claims proprietary information although most of their systems uses COTS, and the source code is not revealed in contracts, rather that is mentioned only in that the source code is escrowed with an independent escrow company. Contracts do provide for circumstances where the escrow company can release the source code but those are pretty tight.

Runbeck's gig is they bought huge machines that can turn out an enormous volume in a short amount of time.

And The Big Rig which was Flynn and Byrne's production, plus 9-0 from Lindell.

Count them: FOUR documentaries on how exactly the 2020 election was rigged, stolen, and our country was thrown into the trash by Barack Hussein Obama.

WHAT DONALD TRUMP HAS TO SAY:

"Highly respected Dinesh D'Souza, working together with Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote, just released a trailer to their new movie, "2,000 Mules," that shows the world exactly how the 2020 Presidential Election was Rigged and Stolen. The movie exposes the lies of the Democrats, RINOs, and Fake News who say it was the "most secure election in history." It was, perhaps, the least secure in history. The ballot box was stuffed, and stuffed like never beforeand it's all on video. Ballots were trafficked and sold in a massive operation in each Swing State. The evidence is so damning, what will the cowards who sat and did nothing about the stolen election say now? The way our votes were taken away is a disgrace to our Nation. It must be fixed."

It's nice to know folks who know things.

Gracias!

The only way I believe we (the nation) can eventually fight back is to be educated, which is really our elected legislators responsibility, but it looks like it will have to be a ground swell.

Based on recent history, I'm as pessimistic as everyone else, but like one of the damned trials Hawg and others enlighten us about, it takes for frickin' ever when the other side can refuse subpoenas for information. However, diligence and passion are the only way I think we'll make progress.

Federal Judge Pushes Back on Abrams' Lawsuit Seeking Unlimited Campaign Cash

Quote:

A federal judge on Monday seemed skeptical that he could or should grant Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams immediate permission to begin raising and spending unlimited amounts of campaign cash under current Georgia law.

According to The Associated Press, U.S. District Judge Mark Cohen, a Barack Obama appointee, told an attorney for Abrams' gubernatorial campaign that she was asking him to essentially rewrite an existing state statute in order to let Abrams' One Georgia political action committee to begin taking in donations before the May 24 primary.

"The remedy you're asking me to do, I'm uncomfortable with, because you're asking me to rewrite the statute," Cohen told lawyer Joyce Lewis during a hearing in Atlanta, the AP noted.

The judge suggested it would likely have "made more sense" if Abrams' attorneys had demanded that he shut down incumbent GOP Gov. Brian Kemp's ability to raise funds through his committee.
"Why are you not asking me to shut down Kemp's leadership committee?" the judge asked.
