Former Sen. Perdue Joins Lawsuit Over 2020 Election
By Eric Mack | Wednesday, 08 December 2021 04:48 PM
Quote:

In the lawsuit filed Friday, Fulton County voter Elizabeth Grace Lennon and Perdue seek to examine paper ballots and other ballot materials in the county. It does not seek to overturn the results of the election, NBC News reported.
"I want to use my position and legal standing to shine light on what I know were serious violations of Georgia law in the Fulton absentee ballot tabulation," Perdue said in a statement released by lawyers.
"We are asking a judge to consider the evidence after our forensic examination of the absentee ballots is completed and hold those persons responsible who engaged in this wrongful conduct."
. . . . . . . .
Perdue told Axios he conceded his loss to Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Ga., but he did want the election process reviewed to confirm it was free, fair, and devoid of fraud.

"I've never asked for a reversal," he continued. "What I've asked for is to get this cleaned up, to make sure that our elections going forward are fair and can rebuild the confidence of people."

Publicist for Trump ally Kanye West is caught on camera telling terrified Georgia election worker she is 'in danger' and must confess to bogus voter fraud charges or she will go to jail just weeks after 2020 election

Sidney Powell and the "Kraken" team were ordered to pay $175,000 in sanctions for their legal conduct this week. Countless lies and falsehoods were included in Powell's various theatrical lawsuits filed around the country last year.

Quote:

(CNN)A group of lawyers aligned with former President Donald Trump -- including Sidney Powell and Lin Wood -- were ordered Thursday by a federal judge to collectively pay more than $175,000 in sanctions-related fees stemming from a bogus election fraud lawsuit they filed last year.

US District Judge Linda Parker ordered that the lawyers pay the $21,964.75 in attorneys' fees for the Michigan state officials they sued in the lawsuit. She also ordered that the lawyers pay $153,285.62 in attorneys' fees for the city of Detroit, which was also a defendant in the election reversal lawsuit filed last year.

The Court found sanctions necessary to deter such dangerous behavior in the future. For these reasons, it was perhaps as important for the City's counsel to prepare and present their arguments for sanctions in response to such conduct as it was to present the City's defenses to Plaintiffs' claims.

In other proceedings, she had previously been referred to her home bar for disbarment proceedings.

In related news, Powell is under federal criminal investigation for fraud. Her 501(c) "dEfeNDinG thE rePubLIc" foundation raised $15 million to "stop the steal". But spent little money on legal fees or investigations. (also known as scamming)

If I am not mistaken Georgia and Arizona recently updated their election laws attempting to increase security proction against voter fraud. Pennsylvania did not follow their election laws and through illegal policies overrode their own laws.

Could be wrong on specifics though.

Angered by growing reports that Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg steered vote-generating donations to pro-Biden counties, more voters believe that cheating occurred in the 2020 elections.

Shoving aside repeated liberal media dismissals of cheating claims, those who believe it occurred increased from 56% in October to 59% in the latest Rasmussen Reports poll previewed for Secrets.
Quote:

Asked "How likely is it that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election?" just 36% said unlikely. What's more, the largest group, at 40%, said that cheating was "very likely."
Quote:

Secrets reported earlier this week that funding data uncovered by New York Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney, co-chairwoman of the House Election Integrity Caucus, showed the legal spending by the Zuckerberg-backed Center for Tech and Civic Life spent $144 million in 2020 $130 million to Democratic counties and just $14 million to GOP counties.

"We know the group gave overwhelmingly to Democrat-leaning counties to drive up voter turnout there. This provided Democrats with a clear advantage over Republicans, and now we have the evidence to show the extent of this partisan exercise," she said.

The Rasmussen poll found that a majority of Americans are following the so-called "Zuckerbucks" affair. In the survey, 70% called the spending by Zuckerberg "a bad thing."

And they also dismissed the do-gooder philanthropy in his move. By a margin of 65%-32%, voters said it is more important to stop election cheating than to make voting easie

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of The Amistad Project and Fulton County, Pennsylvania, allowing the county to send its Dominion voting machines to the State Senate for inspection on January 10.

"The court recognized that it was improper to demand that the county which owns the machines, and has the responsibility of running the election along with the legislature can't determine whether the machines worked properly," said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project. "As the judge noted, there's no justification for preventing the county from looking at their own machines."

Pennsylvania's attorney general and secretary of state had sued to prevent the inspection, which was originally scheduled for December 22, but the judge determined that it must be allowed to proceed, with a short delay to allow experts from both sides to come up with a formal protocol for the inspection.

"Executive branch officials were trying to stop the inspection altogether, but the judge did not grant their emergency motion to stop the inspection," explained Amistad Project attorney Tom King. "They did not go to court seeking a delay; they sought to stop it, and they lost."

Kind of a duh! from me. The moment I found out about Zuckerberg's financial interference and the huge amounts, the claw back provisions if their grant terms were not followed to the letter (most of which were illegal under local election law) I knew it was fraudulent.

Hoping Wisconsin updates election laws preventing a recurrence, including strong penalties for violations of the law. Not sure about Wisconsin state income tax law but having out of state distribution of such large amounts of funds should be investigated, especially considering the claw back clauses.

Penalties need to be severe.
