No finding of "irreparable harm" to get an injunction before, laches or "you waited too long" after.

I have long seen there is a legal way out of the Catch 22 if a court was willing to take it. They just won't.

The thing is, it really doesn't. It is called collateral estoppel. The same party cannot argue opposing arguments on the same issue in two separate lawsuits.

Current rules require complete identity of both parties and refuse to take judicial notice when the same defendants are involved saying completely contradictory things, involving the same facts an issues in the same election. There is enough of a nexus there to legally make them eat their words.

Choose your poison. Either don't go for "irreparable harm" in injunction actions before, or be barred from asserting the laches argument after. Can't have both.

So are there any cases out there where a judge might take them, or are we running out of ammo on this? People need to go to jail. I think if just one case could start exposing some of these low level people and their crimes, they'll start to squeal!

I was told I had to believe that Pennsylvanians voted to kill their vital gas drilling industry and for socialist spending sprees and more covid fear mongering and tyrannical mandates because they wanted to and because suburban women were brainwashed to TDS themselves. The fact that Trump got 60,000 people at his rallies in PA and Biden got a dozen honking cars in Philly, just a 30 minute drive from his basement in Wilmington, meant nothing. The fact that Biden said in a national debate that he'd phase out fossil fuels when such a large % of PA's jobs and economy are driven by it meant nothing. The fact that Ohio, with the same O&G industry reliance as PA, was deep red yet PA was blue meant nothing. The fact that R's won down ticket across the board and R's gained seats in the house across the country meant nothing.. Suburban women they said.

FnBS. Stolen. Coup d'etat with the use of Marxist organizations intentionally dividing the plebes, crooked tech monopolies censoring, banning, and platforming political opponents, fear and control manipulation over the damn flu with a 99+% survival rate, and flat out straight cheating. If I am not mistaken, when enough states decertify and the Rs have both a House & Senate majority they can impeach both Biden & Harris at the same time on the basis that they are not valid winners of the election. Then the R Speaker of the House (does not have to be an active House Rep) becomes POTUS and the Senate picks a new VP.
