OK, beat around the bush and issue subpoenas. Justice needs to get off their ass and start ssuing arrest warrants.

In normal times I would say this is a good thing.

Considering the backdrop of current events, if Georgia Secretary of State Raffensberger is involved I have to consider the possibility it will be a cover up and no real honest transparent investigation will occur.

Agree. Should be GBI doing the investigation, not Sec of State.

That is an inside joke for readers of www.instapundit.com. Sarah is a science fiction author who is one of the contributors there. She frequently introduced unsurprising stories with some variant of " This is my shocked face...". Think something like "This is my shocked face" introducing a story about inflation soaring since Biden started reversing Trump's economic policies. The other contributors now refer to her shocked face in their own intros such as "Sarah Hoyt's shocked face was unavailable for comment"

Those accusations by Matt DePerno are very damning, hope he has air tight proof, the attacks and litigation is going to be monumental. I believe he is a lawyer so he should know what is heading his way.

Notice how in 2016, the democrats claimed, without evidence, that the Russians "hacked" the election. They wanted you to think that they changed votes. They did no auditing of the election numbers and instead set up phony Russia gate bull*****

Notice how in 2020, the Republicans are asking for a full forensic audit, and the democrats are pulling out their hair and saying its a danger to our "democracy". If there is nothing to hide, why would they give a ***** OK keep counting, whatever.

If its true that the SoS or unknown actors can breach out our voting servers and manipulate results, i sure as hell hope it IS a danger to "our democracy". That's ****ing banana republic type *****

Well, to be fair, the Dominion folks and their software have their roots in Hugo Chavez's Venezuela, so is that really a surprise?

If all of this is true, then they did not need the ability to change the votes that were actually cast. I have always thought that would be a bit too brazen even for corrupt democrats. All they needed was to get access to the registered voters that had cast a vote. Then they could compare it to the stolen voter registration roll and create ballots for anyone that had not already voted.

This would explain why almost 100% of registered voters voted in some large precincts where that never happens. It also explains the stop in counting, the lack of COC from the zuckerboxes, the seemingly printed ballot circles, no creases, lack of signature checks, etc. Hell, three people in each state could have pulled this off.

Yep. A woman named Jan Bryant watched it happen at the counting center for six days after the election. Every time they thought they were about done counting, new ballots would arrive at the counting center. As an observer, when she asked where were these new ballots coming from, she was given a vague answer about Runbeck having faster scanners than the county and they were doing it for them.

I always thought it was very strange that one of the Fox election guys was adamant not to count Arizona for Trump too soon. Seemed to me off given initial results and past performance. It would have been good to get him in a deposition to see what he really knew.

Pretty sure that the Fox guys called AZ to Biden very early on which was a very weird moment in the night. Nobody else was calling it but he was adamant about it and refused to take it off.

I did a dive into Runbeck Election Services, as in which types of services they offered. Besides printing the ballots themselves, they also use voter rolls in advance of the election to prepare absentee and mail in ballots. That includes the inner and outer envelopes with the names and addresses. Runbeck mails them out. Then Runbeck has scanners that scan the outer envelopes on which they have affixed barcodes that are unique to each absentee ballot hey sent out. It would appear that the reasoning here was so the election officials would know how many ballots had been returned out of the number they sent out.

Yet, as far as Jan could glean, such information was not passed on to the people at the tabulation center. They kept believing they were about done but then more would arrive the next day.

As to Jan's testimony that Domnion employees would zero out the tabulators after X number of batches were run through because even the Dominion people didn't know the capabilities of their machines without crashing. Suc a concern is consistent with what was brought forth in the Georgia Curling v. Raffensperger case before the election. Data was lost in pre-election tests of the tabulators after 4-6 thousand ballots were tabulated necessitating the reboot of the system. Obviously a huge flaw that it is unclear whether Dominion ever addressed adequately.

Having the same thing be a concern in Maricopa County is corroboration of that flaw.

Again, remember the entire state of Georgia voter roll database was stolen in August/September 2019. Includes names, addresses and voter history. If they were inactive in 2019, it would be shown on that stolen database.

Second thing to remember, Runbeck Election Services teamed with Dominion and Fulton County to create and send out Fulton County absentee and mail in ballots.

People supposedly from the ACLU showed up to Suzi Voyles precinct and had the voter database already loaded on their laptops.

If true that 50,000 inactive voters were activated by a democratic operative and 174 batches are missing, a criminal investigation should be initiated by appropriate state law enforcement. If guilty then give maximum sentences.

Fox called AZ for Biden with around 2% of the vote counted. I distinctly remember commenting out loud at home that there was no way they should be calling it that early.

this right here is the ***** OFFICIAL ELECTION DAY THREAD *****

Granted, we're on page 480 now, but I'm pretty sure Fox calling AZ so early caused some outrage on this thread about 300 pages ago.

And then stubbornly refused to call Florida, Ohio, and Texas.

That's when it was obvious that something was amiss. The goal was clearly to never show Trump leading or "close" to winning.

perusing through the Nov 3 posts on this thread and was reminded that Fox also called Virginia really early for Biden, when Trump was up 53% - 47% and less than 10% of the votes counted.

I don't have an issue with that especially since the outstanding votes were DC suburb swamp votes. AZ was perplexing and not calling NC earlier was also perplexing - the latter makes me wonder if they have a vote fraud operation in NC.

The article notes that more than 150 liberal groups joined the "Protect the Results" coalition and stated that "The group's now-defunct website had a map listing 400 planned post-election demonstrations, to be activated via text message as soon as Nov. 4. To stop the coup they feared, the left was ready to flood the streets."

There's another unspoken admission here as well. The trigger for the pre-planned riots was a Biden loss, not a "stolen election." Or said another way, the left would determine what comprised a stolen election only by its outcome.

This matter was further highlighted in a recounting of election night events after Fox News called Arizona for Joe Biden. Angela Peoples, director for the Democracy Defense Coalition, told Time that "We wanted to be mindful of when was the right time to call for moving masses of people into the street."

But after Fox called Arizona for Biden, a decision was made to "stand down." As Podhorzor noted, "They had spent so much time getting ready to hit the streets on Wednesday. But they did it there was not a single Antifa vs. Proud Boys incident."

In other words, Podhorzor and his crew effectively controlled the actions of Antifa and Black Lives Matterif not completely, then at the very least during these critical moments and days.
Quote:

The description surrounding election night, while short, is telling and raises further questions. Despite the overall tone of the article, it seems clear that Democrats thought they had lost the election in the later hours of Nov. 3th, 2020:

"Election night began with many Democrats despairing. Trump was running ahead of pre-election polling, winning Florida, Ohio, and Texas easily and keeping Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania too close to call."

According to the article, the "liberal alliance gathered for an 11 p.m. Zoom call. Hundreds joined; many were freaking out." While Podhorzor was speaking, Fox News "surprised everyone by calling Arizona for Biden."

The Fox News call changed everything. As the article put it, "The public-awareness campaign had worked: TV anchors were bending over backward to counsel caution and frame the vote count accurately. The question then became what to do next."

There is another related item of note as well. Podhorzor was sharing his data regarding a "Blue Shift"the term used to describe a late surge in Democrat votes from mail-in votingwith "media organizations who would be calling the election."

One analyst, described as a "member of a major network's political unit who spoke with Podhorzer before Election Day" told Time that having access to Pordhorzor's data and being able to "document how big the absentee wave would be and the variance by state was essential."

Arnon Mishkin, an outside contractor and a Democrat, was the individual at Fox who reportedly made the call on Arizona at 11:20 p.m. New York time. According to one report, "No announcement was made until anchor Bill Hemmer, reviewing the latest status of an electoral map that was looking positive for Trump, glanced at the southwest, where the decision desk had left its yellow check mark on Arizona awarding the state to Biden."

calling it at 1% though? seemed a bit premature.

this thread also reminded me that Trump had a nearly 3:1 advantage over Biden in Maricopa County AZ for "election day" votes. Lined up with the massive rally crowds and parades for Trump... but of course they had to spend another week counting just enough mail-ins after election day.

VA has been pretty blue at the state level as opposed to the purple it used to be. The DC suburbs has been dominating VA voting and those swamp creatures having been fighting Trump so I'm not surprised.
