Just spitballing here but could it be possible that Maricopa County submitted a ton of duplicates in those packets? To make the needle in the haystack harder to find? That was a common litigation technique, bury the incriminating stuff with a ton of information that was not exactly relevant nor responsive to a discovery request.

Would the duplicates be very easily identified? By date and time stamps? Or otherwise?
For a person to answer this with certainty, they would have to have an in depth understanding of how the code works (which I am betting Dominion would quickly invoke the "proprietary info" blockade). You could still look for patterns though. Statisticians would be my go to resource here.

Aah! Thanks for the response. So it very well could be that this is a barrage of information to obfuscate what was really going on on election day and the weeks after.

That may sound like a technicality but it really isn't. Failure to follow the correct procedures, to the point of breaking seals that are there for security purposes is fraud. There is no legitimate reason for utilizing that approach other than manipulation of the totals..
.....and you remember the ProV&V/SLI "audit" only looked at 5 total machines but one of those was missing its seal.

Excuse 1: What value does "auditing" a "spare unit" provide to determine what happened during the election?
Excuse 2: Your audit didn't document the state of the machine in place, during transit, and at arrival? Chain of custody just as unimportant for the machines as the ballots? For that matter, how do you even know if the machine you received was the one you selected from a Maricopa election facility and not a scrubbed machine from Dominion stock?
Excuse 3: Wait, what? Please site the procedure that the seal is to be removed from the machine and provided with the ballots? Does that mean the other 4 machines that had their seals failed to follow procedure? What in the ever-living hell kinda **** is this statement?

I think that is the likely case, but it depends on if they set a filter on the captures and what those filters are.

What on Earth would be an acceptable explanation for doing this?

Quote:

Then, her staff proceeded to break the seals on the machine, remove the memory cards, and bring the cards back to her station. In doing this, the vote was flawed and did not protect the chain of custody of the ballots. The cards, which contained the ballot information and your vote totals, were haphazardly and, without chain of custody, mishandled with no proof of security or time-stamp.

I am going to guess she was a cubeapotomus who couldn't manage to stand for long enough to do the work at each station, so she had the machines cracked into so they could bring it to her instead. But without any CoC, it is impossible to prove that it wasn't done to screw with the vote totals instead.

The question that comes to my mind is, why do they have seals at all? I mean, ****, if you can remove them from spares, remove them so you can pull the storage out, remove them if you feel like sending them in with the ballots, etc. Why waste the money printing them and attaching them?

Agreed.

Lack of training or fraud, I know which one I would pick at this point.

Our small accounting firm began looking into AI technology recently. We don't need the really fancy stuff that I am sure that the audit team in MC has at their disposal.

The technology we were looking at is able to scan PDFs and other sorts of documents for different patterns/entries. If you know how to write the program, the AI essentially would be able to comb through the data looking for and pulling out whatever criteria put into it.

They are an experienced bunch which has probably the coolest and most recent tech at their disposal (audit team in MC). If the perpetrators tried to bury the evidence in mounds of crap, I am sure that someone on that team will be able to sift through it to find the relevant data.

Any update on the deposition of Ruby Freeman and her daughter? Or are they still being coached by the FBI on what to say so they don't implicate anyone?

Holding pattern after Judge Amero's decision last week, He dismissed some parties and added others, so now those people need a chance to respond before discovery proceeds, is my understanding of what he ruled.

Something must be really bad in the AZ audit. The sheer number of news stories that have hit the services in the last few hours with anonymous sources stating Trump campaign tried to pressure AZ officials to change results and stop counting on Election night is a little crazy.

Quote:

Republican senators in Pennsylvania were briefed on a plan for an audit of the 2020 election.

The private briefing, conducted by state Sen. Doug Mastriano on Wednesday, is the clearest sign yet that lawmakers in the Keystone State are serious about fulfilling the wishes of former President Donald Trump and his supporters who are pressing for copycats of a controversial audit in Arizona.
Mastriano even obtained legal advice from a Philadelphia-based law firm about the GOP caucus using private money to pay for consultants and lawyers.

"While we cannot predict how the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would decide the issue, in our opinion, to a reasonable degree of legal certainty, Pennsylvania law does not prohibit the Caucus or Committee from accepting or benefiting from such financial support," lawyer Bruce Marks wrote in a letter, a copy of which was obtained by the Associated Press.
Quote:

Mastriano, the chairman of the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee, was one of the Republican lawmakers from the Keystone State to tour Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, the location of the GOP-led Arizona Senate's audit of Maricopa County's 2020 election, which is being partially funded by private donors to supplement the $150,000 payment made by Senate Republicans.
Quote:

Similar to the Maricopa County audit, a legislature-backed review in Pennsylvania is expected to focus on specific jurisdictions and would likely employ the use of subpoenas to obtain election materials and data. Opposition from Democrats, the minority party in the state Senate, and legal fights are distinct possibilities.

State Sen. David Argall, who heads a committee that oversees elections, recently said he favors a forensic audit.
We'll see.

So according to the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, in order to vote in the New Hampshire election, you don't actually have to prove you live in New Hampshire.

So as long as we all identify as a new Hampshire resident, we can all vote there as well as Texas-- Amirite?????

If this is the case I remember reading about, people will still have to show proof of residency and have an ID to register and vote. I think the issue was that they changed the law in 2018 to make it more difficult for college students from out of state to claim residency by changing a few words in the statute. Had to do with the strict definitions of domicile and residents. It is still illegal in New Hampshire to falsely claim residency and vote in an election.

The part that got my attention was where it said that the legislature didn't prove the law was necessary. Since when did necessity be a requirement to pass a law? I would argue on that basis that half the laws on the books aren't nevessary either. Prove it.

From what I read, it is something in the state constitution that applies to changes in voting laws. Not sure what the legal test is.

Whatever it is, we highly doubt the New Hampshire Supreme Court has a handle on it for purposes of this thread.
