If something isn't missing, it doesn't take 200 hours to find. Just because the files are found now, that doesn't mean they weren't missing up to this point.

Also, just to throw this out there, I don't think it would take 200 hours to find something that is supposedly not missing, but it might take 200 hours to fabricate something that is missing. Just sayin'.
Exactly. Not if the election materials retention laws are being followed. They should know precisely where they were...like... with the other drop box chain of custody forms?

By this point in time I really think Rick Barron was dropped on his head several times as a child. What a stupid thing to say.

When I was an auditor, I was instantly suspicious of any documents that an auditee should have readily on hand but took them a few days to produce. I usually gave them a chance to retract the "found" documents otherwise I'd look through them with a fine toothed comb to compare times, dates, etc. Oddly enough, they always wanted them back to verify that they were the right documents.

6 months to produce and a claimed 200 hours to find? As fake as Hillary's love for Bill.

It is quite something that every statement these election affiliated people make and every action they take in both Georgia and Arizona casts greater suspicion on the election. NOTHING they say or do seems to have transparency as its goal. I cannot come up with a scenario where such a large group of people appear more concertedly guilty than these folks.

group of House Republicans sent a letter Monday to the left-leaning group Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), calling on them to explain where the hundreds of millions of dollars they were given during the COVID-19 pandemic went, saying the group spent less than one percent on personal protective equipment (PPE).
Quote:

The Daily Caller first obtained the letter which was spearheaded by Republican New York Rep. Claudia Tenney who was joined by 13 other House Republicans. The letter mentions that CTCL gave $350 million to nearly 2,500 election officials in 48 states and the District of Columbia in 2020. The lawmakers call on the CTCL to immediately publish their full financial 990s for public review, saying it is the groups legal obligation as a registered 501(c)(3).

"Many state and local entities have reported spending your grant money on expenses as varied and unrelated to COVID-19 as advertising, designing absentee ballots, registering teen voters, automatic voter registration, and even pay raises and new vehicle purchases. An elections supervisor in Lowndes County, Georgia, stated that CTCL was 'very lenient regarding what we could spend the money on. They put virtually no restrictions on it as long as it relates to the election.' Furthermore, it appears that 92% of CTCL grants were given to overwhelmingly Democrat-leaning precincts," the letter states.
Quote:

"These reports and others have raised red flags around the country and states are now taking action to prohibit this type of outside investment in the future. To date, twelve states have or are planning to introduce legislation to prohibit election officials from accepting private funds. Given the serious questions and inconsistencies surrounding CTCL grants, it is especially vital that your organization promptly release its full financial data so the public can properly assess the influence of this $350 million during the 2020 election," they added in the letter.

I doubt any legal action will result against the perpetrators of this corrupt behavior.

However, if states follow through with legislation that prohibits this blatant disregard for election integrity then the information spreading about this travesty will be worth the effort in the future. Need more than 11 - 12 states to act.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Quote:

Ken Bennett, Senate liaison to the Maricopa County, Arizona, election audit, said that auditors were informed by county election workers that the signature verification standards for mail-in ballots were at first lowered and ultimately disregarded for November's races.

County election officials have denied the allegation.

Bennett stated in a Friday interview with The Western Journal, "We've literally been told by people who worked in that process for Maricopa County that the standard at the beginning was quite reasonable and high."
Quote:

Originally absentee ballot reviewers looked for 20 points in signatures such as the angle of the letters, or how T's are crossed or how I's dotted, the former Arizona secretary of state said.

"But they got so far behind, we've been told that they went to the people on that team, 40-some people, and said, 'OK, reduce it to 10' and then to five and then one," he explained.
Quote:

"And then we're told, and I can hardly believe that this might have been the case, but it needs to be verified. We're told they finally told them, 'Let everything go through, including blank signature boxes.' If that happened, that is a terrible failure," Bennett added.

The audit team will review all the envelopments used for mail-in ballots, so they will be able to determine if the claims that the signature requirements not being followed are true.
Quote:

Ninety percent of Maricopa County voters voted by mail, Bennett said.

"If there's thousands or hundreds or tens of thousands or whatever of envelopes that did not have signatures at all, which is what some people have told us happened, that would be a huge failure by the county, because state law clearly says that an envelope containing a ballot has to have a signature in that affidavit box that reasonably resembles the voter who is attesting with that signature, that that's their ballot inside."

The auditors will not be able to match envelopes with no signature, if they exist, to ballots, but it would serve as an indication of how carefully other election laws may have been followed.
Quote:

Bennett said the audit team's first order of business has been confirming through a hand count that the overall tally in Maricopa County matches what the Dominion Voting Systems machines recorded.

Remember those ACLU workers that had the entire Georgia voter base on their persona computers??

Yeah, about that:

Quote:

Carter Jones created two reports as a result of his experience and the observations he made in Fulton County Georgia on Election Day 2020 and on the days before and after the election. There was something that jumped out from this reporting that indicates more wrongdoing in the Georgia election that has not been reported.

In the 14-page report that Carter Johnson (his second report) prepared for the Secretary of State after the 2020 Election, Johnson shared the mess embedded in the Fulton County elections process.
Quote:

Quote:

6) During the general election, [Richard] Barron negotiated with the ACLU to provide 255 deputy registrars to use ENET to cancel absentee ballots. During the runoff, this task was performed mainly by a smaller number of non-ACLU deputy registrars. SHS received no complaints during the runoff about unnecessary wait times related to not having additional dedicated deputy registrars.
Georgia law states that NO Deputy Registrars:

Quote:

shall engage in any political activity on behalf of a candidate, political party or body, or question, including, but not limited to, distributing campaign literature, engaging in any communication that advocates or criticizes a particular candidate, officeholder, or political party or body, and wearing badges, buttons, or clothing with partisan messages.
These individuals who work as Deputy Registrars should remain non-biased but Fulton County hired all ACLU workers to be Deputy Registrars?
Quote:

However, Monthly Operations Reports from Fulton County Board of Records and Elections (BRE) indicate that only 18 Deputy Registrars were trained in January 2020 (at 2 classes), and 31 Deputy Registrars were trained in February 2020 (at 5 classes). All months from March 2020 through October show "0" Deputy Registrars trained and "0" Deputy Registrar trained during this time.
Quote:

A total of 49 Deputy Registrars were trained by Fulton County officials, yet 255 ACLU Deputy Registrars were active on Election Day for the General Election per Carter Jones' report, and most (at least over 80%) if not all of these Deputy Registrars, apparently were not trained in that function by the BRE.

Was there no effort by the BRE to identify and train the Deputy Registrars, who act as de facto County Employee Election officials with direct access to the County Voter Rolls on their personal devices?
Quote:

Here's Suzi Voyles testifying in front of the Georgia State Hearing from December 3, 2020, describe the ACLU-picked Deputy Registrars, their role, and their online access (at 2:11:11 in this clip).

You're welcome. When I found out that the state wide Georgia voter roll was stolen in August-September 2019 and that the one thing Dominion did not touch was the ENET poll pads, I knew there was a big problem.

And then Suzy Voyles says they are having problems with the ENET and the ACLU type says, "No problem, I have it on my personal computer!" The entire Georgia voter database. Names, addresses, voting histories, the works.

I remember seeing a video on this thread where a statistician was showing how they believed they cracked the algorithm used. He also discussed the high voter turnout in each county, but I don't remember him mentioning in person vs mail-in. This explains a lot.

FTR:

Quote:

All of the townships around the county were notified of the demonstrations by the three vendors for the new equipment, as well as the City of Cheboygan. There were also other demonstrations put on for the public and the clerks that could be attended by the townships, but there was limited to no attendance by the other municipalities.

The vendor, Dominion Voting Systems, will come to each of the townships and set up the equipment at each polling location as part of the support contract. There will also be training prior to the first election using the equipment, so those working the election can get used to the new system.

The vendor also provides everyone with a booklet that goes over all of the basic information of the equipment, to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

The new equipment is also more secure when it comes to the transportation and relaying of information between the equipment and the county. There will be the use of a Virtual Private Network to get the results in from the townships as well. This is more privately secure, especially with some of the townships having issues with their internet connectivity.

The board of commissioners voted unanimously to approve the purchase of the new equipment.

Still in Michigan:

Quote:

In addition to looking into a physical examination of the actual ballots cast in the November election, Carra's proposed bill also asks for several pieces of evidence related to the electronic voting machines.
We've underlined a few of the key items:
  • A description of the software installed on each electronic voting system and the NAME of the individual who CERTIFIED the software.
  • The name of the individual who examined the hardware configuration on each electronic voting system.
  • Whether any network communication devices were embedded in the hardware on any electronic voting system.
  • Whether an electronic voting system was connected to any network from the date of the final test of equipment accuracy before the election until the date the election certification was issued.
  • A detailed timestamped log of each vote tally transfer and what the vote tallies were during each transfer.

More is HERE.

I should have paid more attention when we had him, but I remember Rush talking about Dems doing away with elections as we know them. I wish I would have paid more attention, but this sounds a lot like what he was talking about even before the 2020 elections.
Today, unfortunately, many Americans have good reason to fear that they will be victimized if they are unable to protect themselves. And today, no less than in 1791, the Second Amendment guarantees their right to do so. - Justice Samuel Alito 2022

So all the posturing about air-gapping, best practices in our instructions, not to be connected to any public network, etc.etc.etc., but it was part of the design to make it easier?

Good lord. No state with connected voting devices can be accepted as legitimate, regardless of who received the electoral votes. Just insane.
