I'm going out on a limb here, but if I were a betting man, not a single red cent of that money went to fight left wing disinformation and misinformation. For some reason that doesn't count.

I would not bet on anything when it comes to Kemp. He was in Houston visiting the Chinese in years/months prior to the election.

Dude is probably as compromised as Xiden.

....Democrats will fight to get what they think is theirs even when they are wrong.

Republicans ...not so much. No sport, the party of the mouths will just whine about how they were cheated while daddy Democrat write the rules.

A dozen or so pages back, I posted a questionnaire from CTCL to one of the county election supervisors in MI asking about an itemized account of how their "grant" (read "bribe a/k/a criminal solicitation) monies were spent. The grant was supposed to address issues caused by covid but not one thin dime was spent on PPE, sanitizer nor any other mitigation efforts related to the virus.

My comment was driven by the terrible grammar and total unreadability of your post. I didn't know what point you were trying to make. Maybe that has nothing to do with liquor.

Do you send a delegation to check it out if you are hearing they didn't find anything?
I would hope not. Waste of money, otherwise.
The government would NEVER waste money (I keed)

Well the Pennsylvania delegates are meeting Arizona lawmakers, anxious to hear their comments after he meetings.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/06/happening-now-pennsylvania-legislative-delegation-sits-arizona-lawmakers-discuss-election-integrity-replicating-audit/
And just in time from the Arizona Republic's Jennifer Fifield, who consistently writes negatively slanted articles about the audit, this article telling us it's not really an audit according to professional auditors.

Not an Audit

I've scolded Fifield before about her agenda-driven articles. She insists all she publishes are factual statements like "unfounded claims of election irregularities" and so forth. It's all true because she says so, just ask her.

Anyway, here's her concluding paragraph for anyone who doesn't care to read the article. Tells you all you need to know.

Quote:

'Undermining confidence in our elections'
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, is one of many who have begun to call this a "fraudit."
"People come from all over the country to work, raise families, and retire in Arizona," she wrote on Twitter. "It's the best state in the union. But this #fraudit is undermining confidence in our elections. It's making Arizona a national joke. It's bad for our brand, and bad for business."
Lindeman has said the postelection review has been offensive to election officials across the country who are trained to care more about fair and free elections than the winner of those elections.
On whether this should be considered an audit, Lindeman said he tries not to call it that. He said doing so would lend credibility to what participants are doing and could take away from the professional work of election officials.
"What scares me more is it takes credibility from work that actually should be done," he said. "I am passionate about good postelection audits. I don't want high-quality audits to be confused with clown shows."

If AZ cared about their brand, they would have taken steps to secure the election up front instead of rigging it for biden/Harris.

We all agree that we don't want high quality audits confused with clown shows. The problem is that the only high quality audit that has been conducted is the one that is underway now. Not the Actual Fraudulent Audits that have taken place since November under the control of the Democrat machinations.

Yay Microsoft all up in elections.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/microsoft-teams-voting-machine-maker-150000561.html

Hart InterCivic Inc., one of the largest voting machine makers in the U.S., will incorporate Microsoft Corp.'s vote-tracking system into its in-person machines, adding a layer of security that may help reduce heightened attacks on the legitimacy of U.S. election results. The program will allow people to confirm their votes were counted after they're cast.

The partnership makes Hart the first manufacturer in the U.S. to allow local voting jurisdictions to incorporate ballot-tracking software into machines, the companies said Thursday in a joint statement. The program will let voters track their choices and offer security experts using Hart's system the opportunity to independently audit results using Microsoft's ElectionGuard software.

Well of course, since there is no such thing as "left wing disinformation and misinformation", why would you expect them to spend a single red cent on such a waste of taxpayer money as investigating it would be?

Remember Ruby Freeman and her daughter in Fulton County? Well, her daughter, Wandrea, just got subpoenaed for a deposition.

ETA: WHOA! Just noticed that Cheryl Ringer, Senior Attorney for Fulton County, is the designated receiver for the notice.

Maybe we might get an explanation about all the mail in ballots with no return address she video taped herself with. Or maybe what was exchanged between her daughter and herself that looked suspiciously like a USB thumb drive.

Arizona is one of just two states in the United States that requires proof of citizenship when registering to vote. The loophole, the Federal Only ballot, which voters may use instead, does not require this documentation. Instead, voters are limited to federal races.
Never heard of the Federal Only ballot.

On Saturday night Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend shared the following message to her Telegram page:

Quote:

"AZ still has over 21k "Federal Only voters" who cannot prove they are a citizen or that they even exist. They are not in the MVD system and all they need is a bank statement (easily doctored) to get a ballot. This will need to be addressed at the Federal level, and I have been working to make this more known for some time. This is the next thing that needs an audit, and voter intimidation is a flimsy excuse not to do it."

President Trump "lost" Arizona by 10,457 votes in 2020. There are more "Federal Only voters" than this in Maricopa County alone.

By law, noncitizens may not vote in federal elections, such as U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and presidential elections.

this looks far reaching in scope of what she has to bring!

The first page indicated this was a Civil Action and not Criminal. Does that change at all how much she is compelled to bring the evidence the Court is requiring? I would think contempt of court would be in play either way, but for a Civil Suit, could her attorneys have grounds to push back and not comply?

Her attorneys can file a motion to quash the duces tecum part of the subpoena but not sure they really have adequate cause for it to be quashed by a judge. She's a fact witness. But note that the deposition (videotaped BTW) will take place at the Fulton County Attorney's office. That tells me the plaintiffs' attorney have an agreement with them for the use of their offices.

Sidenote: I watched a 2 hour hearing with the Fulton County attorney, Cheryl Ringer, involved. It was the Garland Favorito suit. Frankly, i was surprised at how reasonable she was. She may try to pull a fast one but I would be surprised if she did so for a fact witness that is not her client.

Hopefully their voters start to wake up to the fact that their politicians and journalists are lying scum bags incapable of telling the truth to the people that trust them most. Everything they believe is built on a house of lies. I'm sure they will just spin it though.

It has been lost on the other thread about the "AZ router", but this is another key piece to this mess. I don't think I am going out on a limb here to state a DA rarely has first hand knowledge of a crime they are prosecuting. They build cases based on evidence.

So, when I have a public statement my Dominion saying their voting machines were not connected to the internet or accessible to other networks, but there is a router present. This is evidence that statement is not correct. When they say you cannot connect to the device via wireless, yet it has a network card with 802.11 wireless support and support for 3G and 4G mobile networks, this is further evidence that statement is not correct.

Then, when I ask for the device and you give me a story about how there would be massive breeches into personal data security. How? Why? You told me these machines where not able to connect to the Internet or accessible to other networks. They were air-gapped. How in the hell would law enforcement data, HIPAA data end up on a router or network that was never connected?

This is all evidence of lies, obstruction, cover-up. It is another piece of the bigger puzzle. At best it shows gross incompetence of an election process that "could" be compromised.

Wow. This is pretty big. Can we compare that against 2016 or even provide expected percentages? I would expect them to be pretty low in all counties.

This, along with the absolutely astronomical number of adjudicated ballots in the Suspect Six (AZ, PA, GA, MI, WI, NV) states tells the story of exactly how this election was stolen. Add in NC. There was also some ****ery going on there as well, but I think they took their foot off the gas once they saw the others already were already enough. Need to audit NC as well.

You are completely correct. A judge who was not biased, nor in fear for their lives and those of their family members would issue sua sponte orders without motions needed to be filed to enforce their own orders.

We are not in the world of law and order anymore. The nation is more like when the Mafia bought off, intimidated and threatened the judicial system during the Al Capone era.

More recently, 1979. I was distantly related to Judge John Wood when he was murdered. Chagra Family. El Paso mob.
