Cheeley relayed shocking information regarding the security alarm incident yesterday at the Fulton County ballot storage warehouse where a door was found ajar, and the facility unattended.

Cheeley recounted how he hired his own off-duty police security detail since the hearing on May 21 to guard the warehouse as he did not trust Fulton County to do the job as per court order.

Fulton County attorneys had pressured the judge during earlier communications, saying the off-duty police cars were 'intimidating' the Fulton County employees by parking in the facility lot. The judge asked the private security force to park on the street, as Fulton County was threatening to arrest the off-duty officers for trespassing.

Fulton County had been ordered by Judge Amero to guard the facility 24/7.

Two Fulton County Sheriff vehicles had been securing the building since May 25th when Judge Amero ordered the facility guarded. Yesterday at 4pm, the two Sheriff cars left the parking lot for two hours. Twenty minutes after the cars left the premises, the security alarm went off. The private security detail heard the alarm and investigated, finding the door unlocked and the building unattended.
Quote:

No one else responded to the alarm. Either they did this purposefully or the alarm system is not monitored. The off-duty officers walked in the building and did not see any further damage or personnel. At 8pm, a Fulton County employee finally came to lock the door.

Cheeley divulged there is one security camera at least on the top of the building, and he has requested this footage.
Quote:

Cheeley delcared he is filing two motions of contempt against Fulton County this week for willfully disobeying the judge's order to have the facility guarded at all times. Judge Amero had issued an earlier injunction (1 of 2) to have the ballots secured.

Cheeley believes the court will eventually allow the mail-in ballot envelopes to also be examined and counted.

Cheeley declared the incident 'outrageous' and is either criminal behavior or incompetence to have the facility be open for a long holiday weekend, which he believe was the intention.

"It was to encourage someone to break in," he declared.

What is so weird about that story is that the Fulton County Sheriff's office knew that private security guards (mostly off duty cops) had been hired the plaintiffs' attorney to watch the building. So when the deputies left, they knew those guards saw them leave.

They're creating a narrative for why some ballots are "missing" and the counts don't match.

Maybe they are trying to do that but someone from the Sheriff's department will go to jail for contempt of court in the process.

In a just world they would, but I don't see it that way anymore if you're apart of the right (left) team.

Not so sure of that. Judge Amero really appears to me to be a fairly good judge. (Of course the bar for what constitutes a good judge these days is pretty low.)

Chain of custody has been his focus in this case and he ordered the Fulton County Sheriff's Department to watch that warehouse 24/7 for that reason.

Maybe he lets it go but maybe he does not.

It's good to see CodeMonkeyZ didn't just bail after the Q charade stopped.

There is a pretty good documentary with Ron featured prominently available on HBO Max:

Good for the Pennsylvania Senate, hopefully something positive comes from this.

Do you send a delegation to check it out if you are hearing they didn't find anything?

And just in time from the Arizona Republic's Jennifer Fifield, who consistently writes negatively slanted articles about the audit, this article telling us it's not really an audit according to professional auditors.

Not an Audit

I've scolded Fifield before about her agenda-driven articles. She insists all she publishes are factual statements like "unfounded claims of election irregularities" and so forth. It's all true because she says so, just ask her.

Anyway, here's her concluding paragraph for anyone who doesn't care to read the article. Tells you all you need to know.

Quote:

'Undermining confidence in our elections'
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, is one of many who have begun to call this a "fraudit."
"People come from all over the country to work, raise families, and retire in Arizona," she wrote on Twitter. "It's the best state in the union. But this #fraudit is undermining confidence in our elections. It's making Arizona a national joke. It's bad for our brand, and bad for business."
Lindeman has said the postelection review has been offensive to election officials across the country who are trained to care more about fair and free elections than the winner of those elections.
On whether this should be considered an audit, Lindeman said he tries not to call it that. He said doing so would lend credibility to what participants are doing and could take away from the professional work of election officials.
"What scares me more is it takes credibility from work that actually should be done," he said. "I am passionate about good postelection audits. I don't want high-quality audits to be confused with clown shows."

Yay Microsoft all up in elections.

Hart InterCivic Inc., one of the largest voting machine makers in the U.S., will incorporate Microsoft Corp.'s vote-tracking system into its in-person machines, adding a layer of security that may help reduce heightened attacks on the legitimacy of U.S. election results. The program will allow people to confirm their votes were counted after they're cast.

The partnership makes Hart the first manufacturer in the U.S. to allow local voting jurisdictions to incorporate ballot-tracking software into machines, the companies said Thursday in a joint statement. The program will let voters track their choices and offer security experts using Hart's system the opportunity to independently audit results using Microsoft's ElectionGuard software.

More than 500 Republicans in Georgia are urging Gov. Brian Kemp to pursue a forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election.

The letter, obtained by the Washington Examiner on Wednesday, was signed by 531 Republicans ranging from grassroots activists, to precinct leaders, to delegates to the Georgia GOP convention, which is set to take place this weekend.
Quote:

At the center of their letter is a request for an "independent forensic audit to take place through the convening of a Special Session." The letter was sent to Kemp, who is also a Republican.

"We believe that anyone who has a problem with a statewide forensic audit in Georgia has something to hide," the letter reads. "Our goals are simple: we want to discover the underlying problems that occurred last year and ensure that we never make those same mistakes again."

When contacted about the letter, Kemp's office told the Washington Examiner that he himself doesn't "have the constitutional or statutory authority to conduct an audit of the 2020 election."
Quote:

The Republicans argue in their letter that"many in Georgia did not have" the "right to know that your vote counted" because "elected officials in both parties mishandled the 2020 presidential election, and as a result, the integrity of that election is in question."

The letter, which also raises questions about the chain of custody of absentee ballots, was spearheaded by Rep. Vernon Jones, who is running for governor against Kemp, and Debbie Dooley, the founder of the Atlanta Tea Party. Jones has already vowed to pursue an audit of the 2020 election if elected to the governorship in 2022.

The letter also mentions the GOP-led Arizona Senate's forensic audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, which has garnered criticism from county officials and Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and prompted concerns from the U.S. Justice Department. Critics point out that the results from two previous election machine audits, conducted for the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, showed no irregularities in the county's 2020 election. There was also a recount of a sample of ballots that did not turn up any problems.

The Georgia Republicans' letter specifically cites a May 12 letter from Arizona Senate President Karen Fann to Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers in which she noted, "The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots continued in a batch and the total on the pink report slip accompanying the batch."

Adding another vector for security risks needlessly. Everyone should be removing as much code as possible to increase security. Lock these machines down completely.

Last I heard from Lindell he was getting ready to release mountains of evidence...piece by piece so we could absorb it. What happened?

I always liked Mike and his story. Always liked Sidney Powell as well. Now I'm perplexed by both. (Where is Powell now anyway?)
