Tuesday, March 3, 2020

On Tuesday, Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a Motion to Intervene with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of the State of Arizona in the Democratic National Committee lawsuit challenging Arizona's ban on ballot harvesting and statutes regulating out-of-precinct voting. Attorney General Brnovich is moving to intervene on this matter on behalf of the State because defendant Secretary of State Hobbs has announced that she does not support an appeal.

As noted in today's filing, Attorney General Brnovich moves to intervene in this matter, assuring the State's interest in retaining its "broad authority to structure and regulate elections," is fully preserved and that there is no possible procedural hindrance to Supreme Court review of the matter. The Attorney General is empowered by Arizona law to seek intervention in federal court on behalf of the State.

Earlier this month the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals granted Brnovich's motion to stay the Court's mandate in the DNC v. Hobbs case. The stay ensures Arizona's ban on ballot harvesting and the law regarding out-of-precinct voting will remain in place until the U.S. Supreme Court has a chance to hear the appeal of the case.

Before the 2016 election, the U.S. Supreme Court stayed the Ninth Circuit's election-eve injunction against the enforcement of Arizona's prohibition on ballot harvesting and out-of-precinct voting following a lawsuit filed by the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Arizona Democratic Party. The State then prevailed at trial.

Officials in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, have unanimously approved the district attorney to investigate the recent primary election after on-screen ballots mislabeled Republican ballots as Democrat candidates.

(The Times Leader) Dominion Voting Systems Inc., which supplied and programs the devices, said "human error" at the company caused the data entry typographical mistake that put a Democratic header at the top of Republican ballots. The county administration also acknowledged the county did not test the ballots after they were programmed into the machines, relying on the company to do that task.

Griffith's resolution asks the DA's office to investigate Dominion's practices and procedures in programming and set-up of the primary ballot, the county election bureau's review and testing and the election board's role in election equipment oversight and security.
Quote:

County DA Sam Sanguedolce was not in attendance but said Tuesday night his office will investigate any allegations of potential criminal conduct relating to the May primary.

He said his predecessor, Stefanie Salavantis, created an Election Fraud Task Force that remains intact and will review anything forwarded to the office.

"Without integrity in our elections, the public cannot trust the remainder of our democratic process," Sanguedolce said.

Modern coup, nothing is going to happen: the MSM is the department controlling the propaganda with lies.

Somebody needs to step up, take the leadership and write that declaration to restore our liberty. Need a formal organization recognized by another nations.

Maybe we take Cuba and Cuba then recognizes this patriot rebel government: Then just like a Risk game - an Australian comeback.

Raffensperger Makes Shocking Pivot, Now Supports Fulton County, Georgia Forensic Audit

Quote:

Anti-Trump Secretary of State of Georgia Brad Raffensperger, who once petitioned the court to NOT have a forensic audit in Georgia, now shockingly supports the forensic audit in his state.

...

But after a Georgia judge ruled late last week that a group of voters must be allowed to view copies of all 147,000 absentee ballots cast in the state's largest county, in yet another disinformation-driven campaign, Mr. Raffensperger voiced his support for the effort, saying that inspecting the ballots would provide "another layer of transparency and citizen engagement."

Maybe he is smart enough to see how super bad it appears to be trying to prevent an audit as seen in Arizona. But, my gut tells me he is trying to CYA for his own ineptitude.

I think this is a situation where he was going to oppose it as long as he could, but once it became clear they were going to get to inspect the ballots he knows very well that they are going to find a bunch of hinky stuff. So now he is jumping to their side so that when all the fraud starts becoming obvious, he can act surprised and talk about how this is why he supported the transparency of the exercise to begin with.

And he's running for reelection. Of course it was his friendly suit with Stacey Abrams that encouraged a lot of the fraud. But should he win reelection he doesn't want it to appear that he rigged yet another election.

In letters sent to the Cheboygan and Antrim county clerks last week, the office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the county boards have "no authority" to order audits and instructed election clerks not to provide access to unaccredited outside parties to conduct them.

"Interest in granting access to unqualified third parties to conduct a 'forensic audit' may stem from misplaced reliance on ongoing misinformation, which has been repeatedly, comprehensively, and definitively debunked," wrote Jonathan Brater, director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections, in a letter to Cheboygan County Clerk Karen Brewster.

In a separate letter to all Michigan counties that use its equipment, Dominion warned that transferring machines to unaccredited auditors could void licensing agreements and render the equipment "unqualified for official use."
Quote:

What kind of voting machine company has a warranty policy where the warranty is voided when an audit is performed on them? Yes, one that has a lot to hide.

This comes on the heels of forensic auditors finding serious issues and discrepancies with the election ballots and Dominion tabulation machines in Antrim County. What the evidence showed was an intentional manipulation of the ballot counting system that shifted votes from Trump to Biden, then the system was scrubbed of log-in details so the people who did the shifts would not be identified.

The cheaters are getting desperate. Having to rely on more and more outlandish excuses to block audits. Not a good look. Rats are going to start heading for the exits soon. Problem is DOJ/FBI would be the logical place to go if you wanted to ask for immunity from prosecution but who actually trusts the swamp? Trying to imagine who I would turn to in Michigan if I was a lower level crook involved in voter fraud. State AG? Hahahah nope.

You're welcome. Some days it's easier than others. Flurry of activity for a day or two and then not much else coming out. Have to go down some rat holes to find information at times.

Don't know how much it will matter in the end though.

The access to the ballots in Garland Favorito's case was supposed to commence tomorrow. Late yesterday, Fulton County Election folks had their lawyers file a motion to dismiss and to stop discovery.

Quote:

Attorneys for Fulton County, Georgia, asked a state court to dismiss a complaint filed against the county in which petitioners sought to unseal 2020 election absentee ballots in search of fraud.

The motion to dismiss, which was filed on Wednesday, argued Garland Favorito and the other plaintiffs never served the county and that the Superior Court of Fulton County lacks jurisdiction in the case.
They didn't file a special appearance objecting to jurisdiction?

Quote:

Attorneys also argued that Fulton County is not a proper party to the case.

"It is an improper party because it is not the final policymaker with control over elections," the motion said. "The Elections Code states that where there is a board of elections, that entity acts as a superintendent and conducts elections and primaries."

Last Friday, Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled in favor of the plaintiffs' complaint, which seeks a declaratory judgment ruling that the county violated Georgia's due process and equal protection clauses with respect to 2020 absentee ballot tabulation, according to a summary in Wednesday's motion to dismiss.

Democratic Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts criticized the ballot review following Amero's ruling.

And this is a little bit on the newly appointed Chairman of the Board:

Unfortunately, 99% of Fulton County's citizens will have zero problems paying $1,500.00/hour to not one, but two, top criminal attorneys which will almost certainly rack up over 100 billable hours to be extracted from property taxes.

It will certainly liven up the GA audit news, but it does piss me off.

Y'alls comments about Raffensberger are right on. The face that Hillary made at the DNC convention when the balloons fell above her head is pretty much what I expect from Raffensberger when any improprieties are "uncovered".
