Everybody's suspicions about Democrat malfeasance & nefarious activities before, during and after the November 3rd, 2020 general election are being borne out by the Arizona audit. This result is motivating other states to follow suit. Aggiehawg es La Bomba, and Georgiaag is a leftist.

The election was stolen. There was massive election interference through four years of fake news propaganda and intentionally divisive hate and ratings-fueled lies in the media, billionaire globalists (communists) funding the urban bully machines' tactics, training them, and even helping to run them leading up to the election, and censoring critical news, silencing political opponents, and redirecting search results for opposing views by tech platform monopolies before the election. Further, there were state election law violations under the guise of covid fear mongering. Finally, there was massive voter fraud as traditional ballot harvesting was on steroids due to all the covid-fear mass-mail-in ballots which is supported by impossible data anomalies in the results and thousands of eye witness affidavits. For all of these things, there apparently is no recourse with the court system, because with election law and massive voter fraud, first courts are scared to hear the evidence, there isn't enough time to properly discover and try these cases before it's too late and the election is certified and the cases are moot.

The Arizona State Senate actually went outside of the incestuous relationships and conflicts of interest within all (both?) of the "certified" election auditors and hired an independent auditor that has a competence on cyber security to look at just one county in AZ. Democrats are fighting really hard to stop the audit. I wonder why? As we await their results, which I'm sure the authoritarian left will disagree and ignore, the hope is that all 50 states in the union will have enough suspicion to revise election laws and attempt to close some of the easy-fraud loopholes that Dems try so hard to protect.

Annnnd the mob tactics come for DePerno.

Quote:

For several months, Erik Grill, the attorney for Michigan's dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, has been pushing very hard to dismiss Bill Bailey's voter fraud case against Antrim County that she was added to as a defendant by Michigan's radical, far-left Attorney General Dana Nessel.

DePerno has received multiple threats over his fight to expose voter fraud in Antrim County, Michigan where over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the November election in a solidly RED county.

On Friday evening, Matt DePerno's law office was broken into.
Quote:

According to DePerno, the break-in took place in the late evening. Police were called to investigate the break-in and it was determined that nothing was stolen. The real question is, who broke into DePerno's office and what were they looking for?
Quote:

On Monday, DePerno scheduled a press conference in Traverse City, MI at the VFW hall, where he planned to drop a bombshell discovery in the Antrim County voter fraud case.
Quote:

Today, DePerno got a call from a VFW representative telling him that they could no longer allow him to use the VFW hall for his press conference after they allegedly received threats from someone or some group for allowing DePerno to use their facility for his press conference.
Quote:

We talked to Matt DePerno tonight. The Antrim County attorney told us that he was disappointed by the decision of the Traverse City VFW hall to cancel his press conference. "You can't even have a press conference about a case about defending your First Amendment Rights without being threatened by someone to silence you?" DePerno asked. DePerno, who is sick of watching the free speech rights of Americans shut down by those who don't agree with them, or who don't want the truth to be exposed, slammed the leftist group for threatening the veteran's group. "We get canceled just because someone threatens you?" DePerno asked, adding, "Not only can you not express yourself by voting, but you can't even talk about it anymore!"

DePerno shared his disgust in having to find another location at the last minute, explaining that it's hard enough to get the media to report on one of the biggest election stories in our nation, but now, he can't even find a place to speak freely about his case. Clearly disheartened by this latest development, DePerno, a brave patriot, and fighter to the end pledged to find a new location for his press conference tomorrow. "No mainstream media will report about this, so when we hold a press conference to attract the local media, and someone or some group threatens to shut it down?" DePerno asked.

Unfortunately the group that threatened the VFW will in all probability escape accountability.

It is amazing that so many people condone these abhorrent unethical tactics or in the case of many people turn a blind eye.

Not a problem. This thread moves fast at times and things get buried. Although the objections to Lindeman as an auditor is justified primarily because he doesn't have any background in auditing, I'm more confident that he won't be able to meaningfully push back against the other two, Harry Hursti and Phillip Stark who do have the expertise required.

Both Hursti and Stark testified in the Georgia case and persuaded Judge Totenberg that Dominion's system is highly insecure and Stark's opinion is that a Risk Limiting Assessment can not be reliably performed on their system as a result of the multiple flaws.

So if I am reading this correctly, certain machines were programmed differently than others and those with the different programming (to favor Dem candidates) were fed more ballots than the others?

Quote:

Dr. Strang told The Gateway Pundit that there were at least two other towns that had voting machines, similar to Machine #2 in Windham, that showed Democrat favoritism. According to Dr. Strang these voting machines were always the machines that were fed the most ballots in these communities. So this is a repetitive peculiarity that we are seeing.
Quote:

Dr. Strang believes the state has a huge problem on its hands. The totals from the Windham machines cannot be replicated. Only the hand recounts are reliable. And the machines are shorting Republicans in Windham at a greater rate than Democrat candidates.
Quote:

Via Dr. Strang:
I have looked at the actual machine tapes from the audit and the numbers are WORSE than what Ken Eyring reported on his chart that you featured[ in this morning's post.
Here is my take:

Winning an election shouldn't depend on your supporters inserting their ballots into the "right" machine, but rather, any machine, as they should all count ballots the same. Well, that's not what happened on Nov. 3rd in Windham. NH.

The numbers coming from the legislatively-ordered audit in that NH town confirm what the concerned citizens of NH have claimed all along. Our machines are not accurate and cannot be trusted to accurately count our votes.

This past week, all of the machine countable ballots were run through each of the 4 Accuvote OSX vote-counting machines owned by the Town of Windham.

If you were a Democrat running for the NH House of Reps, your count was pretty much the same regardless of which machine counted your votes.

One of the four Democrats had only a 2 vote difference across the 4 machines, out of
nearly 10,000 votes cast. The second had a 4 vote difference, the third 5 votes and the 4th candidate, Kristi St. Laurent, had a difference of 18 votes across the 4 machines. Eighteen votes seems like a lot when comparing mechanical tallies, but it's nothing when you look at the Republican results.

Quote:

If the election had been held this past week, when the audit retallied these votes, then Rep. Robert Lynn would have received 4902 votes if all of the machine-readable ballots had been fed thru machine #2. But if fed into machine 3, he would have received an additional 136 votes for an increase of 2.77%! We know from the Town's printout of Nov. 3rd, that Rep. Lynn was credited with only 4757 machine-readable votes, yet another deviation, accounting for another 281 vote discrepancy.
Quote:

In fact, when the ballots were fed through all four machines this past week, Machine #2 reliably and repeatedly shorted each of these 4 Republican candidates 136 votes (Lynn), 54 (McMahon), 53 (Soti) and 53 votes (Griffin) compared to the results from the other machines. These audit-repeated machine counts are also different from those machine-generated counts on Nov. 3rd by 281 votes (Lynn), 274 (Soti), 276 (McMahon), and 279 votes (Griffin).
Quote:

We already know that other towns have their own version of "machine two," so this does not appear to be a Windham-only problem.

The fact that these machines do not agree with each other and have such a wide variation amongst the four just for the repeat audit machine count alone, means that the hand recount totals from Nov. 12th are likely to be the only accurate tally. If so, then we will have evidence that the audit machine count does not agree with the Nov. 3rd machine count, nor does it agree with the Nov.12th hand count, which is about to be repeated this week.

Then we will see if this machine error extends to a statewide Federal race (US Senate) and a statewide non-Federal race (Governor) as well, as both of these races are scheduled to be hand-counted this week as part of the audit.

Regardless of what those two additional hand counts show this week, we already have ample evidence that our machines are NOT reliable, and it is time for NH to say good-bye to machine-generated counting.

Computer experts? Does the different results in machine 2 reflect a ranked choice or fractional voting??

The audio on the DePerno live stream of his presser was really bad. But in reading the comments while it was going on I saw this. Take with a grain of salt. Hopefully there will be a transcript later today

The 2 new pieces of information.

1. Experts have found that an Election Result can be re-opened using the internal software, and new ballots/votes entered, and the Tabulation Records amended and backdated to make everything look like it happened in the Election.

2. The second revelation was that RINOs and Dems are implicated in a decision last July to turn off 'ballot images' in the machines to prevent Audits and Freedom of Information requirements, effectively making it easier to commit fraud. This is a Federal offense.
None of the Republicans have responded to Matt DePerno's findings or requests for Audit.

Matt DePerno: And I'll tell you something we discovered this weekend. We can now show that after the election is done, someone, anyone really who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to November 3rd.

Similar to the 2018 election, I faded on my regular reading of all things politic. Basically, I also "faded" back into it in mid April, and just can't stay away from it due to my constantly waiting for our white hats to trudge through the corrupt rapids, potholes, and avalanches. I also hope we have some enterprising conservative funding all of these folks, because you know there's billions on the other side.

I have to once again pay my compliments and respects to Hawg, among many others who have kept this going, in lieu of the actions of the black hats from the Left. For you legals, I guess reading, or gathering, terrible news is just part of the job on the way to the judges/juries decision. When I read comments, or reports, similar to Strang's (sounds like a Bond villain), and assuming they're accurate, I get livid knowing how little control I have.

Sorry for the derail, but I just wanted to share my immense respects to all involved in this----well, I'll call it a hopeful national resurrection.

Oh, and Hawg, you know this stuff so incredibly well, I swear you should write a book. I know Simon & Schuster is out, but maybe Regnery will happily pay royalties.

You can use the money to get a suite at Jerry World for the Aggie/Hawg game in September every year.

Here's what she has been doing.

Quote:

Step 1

We, The People, are giving Notice to our elected Georgia Legislators. We have to do this in writing and in a way that holds them accountable to the Constitution of Georgia and their Oath of Office.
Download and print the Notice (2 pages) by clicking on the link below. It must be printed on 8.5x14 legal paper.

Step 2

After printing The Notice, fill out both of the "To:" sections with the addresses for the House/Senate below. Complete the "From:" section with your personal information. Write your name under the Notice heading after the "I,_________________, one of the people" on the line provided. Sign your name on the line above "Autograph" and write the date on the line above "Date."
Quote:

Step 3

Scan the signed Notice with a scanner or a phone app. If you do not have access to a scanner, we recommend downloading Adobe Scan on your phone. Once scanned with Adobe Scan, you can share a copy directly from the app.
Watch this to learn how to use Adobe Scan.
Step 4

Mail copies to the Georgia House and Senate.
Step 5

Email a copy to each of the Georgia legislators. You can copy/paste the list below into a new e-mail message on the Bcc line, attach the signed Notice and send. This will send the Notice as an individual e-mail to each House/Senate Member.

Seller, the head of MCBOS, just dared the state Senate to complete their "sham audit" and then see them in court.

Uhmm, MCBOS is under subpoena. They could find themselves in court on a show cause order well before the audit ends.

Lots of whining. Lots of talking about their Mamas being upset, a "mama-thon" if you will. Sanctimony and self-righteousness. Few words about actually checking to see if the voters' will was reflected accurately in the 2020 election. That is an "asked and answered" question to them and they refuse to revisit.

They don't like Cyber Ninjas because they are actually doing an audit.

What Pro V&V and SLI did was not an audit. The ballots themselves were never touched nor viewed. All they did was run some tabulators tapes and matched them to EMS reporting.
