The election took place on November 3rd.

Egger swore to Justice DelConte that they received the ballots on time.

Justice DelConte asked Egger, "Are you telling me your timestamps don't mean what they say?"
Egger admitted, "For the most part yes."
Then Egger said "for the most part affidavit ballots are stamped on the day they come in."
So they got them on November 4? What is going on?!?!?!

This looks to be the lawsuit mentioned from Phill Kline of the Amistad Project. The Reference: Case number 1:20-cv-03791 provided at the bottom is WISCONSIN VOTERS ALLIANCE et al v. PENCE et al.
