The problem is the states set up this ****show with mail in ballots for everybody. Hopefully they go back to a absentee ballot by excuse only moving forward. Trump was screwed over. He would have one under 2016 voting system.
Zero chance the Democrats let that happen without a serious fight. They'll be crying voter suppression from here forward if we try to take their cheating method from them.Kozmozag said:

And there is an open opportunity here for SCOTUS to nip that "voter suppression" argument in the bud, if they so choose. By saying something like this in dicta, irrespective of the final ruling.aggieforester05 said:Zero chance the Democrats let that happen without a serious fight. Recently switched from YouTube TV to Hulu Plus, got Disney+ and ESPN as part of my subscription. I've been happy with it, so far.agcrock2005 said:Agreed...was really starting to like Youtube TV but now I'm out. Any suggestions on what to switch to that has sports?Reload8098 said:will25u said:

"Ensuring a free and fair election by verification that the person voting is actually legally eligible to vote as a statutory scheme, only suppresses illegal votes, not legal ones. We find that illegal voters have no recognizable constitutional right that would be infringed upon by such a requirement. To the contrary, we find that the right for legally eligible voters not to have their vote diluted or otherwise invalidated by illegal votes do have such an important constitutional interest that needs to be protected by all of the states, not just the ones in the case at bar"

If other counties were doing the recounts the same way, I'd presume so.TRM said:
Woildn't these same issues occur in other counties?

ETA: Would have liked to see what the recount numbers were compared to the original count.
There's middle school kids that could write the simple program necessary to just count scanned votes....rab79 said:

I am not an attorney, but it seems to me with the Texas case on the horizon it wasn't necessary to hear this case. I wouldn't think you would want to hear this case alone and incidentally set precedent for the other pending cases. But what do I know.
^^Great thread on the court situation
their biggest investors (institutional and international) and their biggest markets and growth opportunities (international - specifically China) do not care one iota about how half of Americans feel about the ideal role of their Federal government and its associated spending, nor do they care about the death by taxes & corporate taxes in the US that hurt their smaller competitors much more than them, or the socialist agenda of the other half. They care about money and these big tech platforms going out of their way to donate to one half and cover-up and censure one half in scary Orwellian fashion is only because Orange Man Bad is a disrupter putting America first when their biggest opportunities are in China.Reload8098 said:
