Major Cities Comparison of Biden 2020 vs Hilary's 2016 vote total, none of which include the boogeyman states of MI/WI/PA/GA:

Dallas +136K
Houston +204K
LA +22K
Seattle +167K
Denver +26K
Cleveland +4K
New Orleans +14K
Austin +124K
Miami -7K
Phoenix +270K
Nashville +49K
Memphis +36K

Should I continue?

Holy hell. Don't do them individually. How many times do I have to say that.
I have a hunch if I add up all of those numbers...it isn't going to help your case....

So do it? I already said I am not preaching that tweet as fact. So I'm not making a case for anything. I am just helping this thread interpret what I think the tweet means.

Sure thing. So in the above listed cities - Biden received 845K more votes from that chunk of major cities compared to Hillary.

and to qualify this. I am a TRUMP voter from Harris county. I'm just also not a moron.

Eh I would want to see that on a per capita or % basis. Total vote totals rising more in more populous areas is expected.

Ok awesome. Now go back and see that the tweet said "every state" (excluding the four). Your list has 12.

Are you a ballot counter in Philly by chance?

Yeah I respect that, fair question. Listed each city followed by Biden % of votes minus Clinton % of votes

Dallas +3.9%
Houston +1.8%
LA -.7%
Seattle +5.9%
Denver +7.8%
Cleveland +1.1%
New Orleans +2.3%
Austin +5.6%
Miami -10%
Phoenix +6.1%
Nashville +3.4%
Memphis +2.2%

Give me a list of counties you want. I am happy to do this for every state. What cities count as 'major' for you?

The percentage gains are a little fishy but the graph is misleading using raw votes as the scale. Of course major cities were going to have substantially more raw votes than other counties.

So you realize she just made up that tweet out of thin air and now half this board is running with it?

Seems totally reasonable.

Not convinced Biden will ultimately hold onto Georgia with about 9,000 overseas military ballots hanging out there. And a recount is for sure there. I think we are still a few days from GA being callable.

That said, I think PA is a done deal and will be called by tonight by the news networks, thus calling Biden the winner with Biden then giving a victory speech tonight.

Then after that, we'll see what Trump does.

Was looking at the Michigan results on the NYT page. They show Biden up by about 148,000 votes. There is a graph of how the vote totals progressed over time. At about the 80% counted point the graph shows a significant jump by Biden. In order to duplicate this result you need to add 138,000 votes for Biden and 0 for Trump. So these results still contain the "erroneous" and "debunked" Biden jump. Without this, Biden is up by a few thousand votes. These results are also very close to the official Michigan site. Very concerning...

I just meant based on the general assumption of higher turnout across the country. An increase of 10% in Atlanta or Philly will result in many more raw votes than a 10% increase in a rural county. Same performance, vastly different changes.

I don't know what your reading but in Georgia the runoff is just delaying the inevitable. The Republicans will have a 52 - 48 majority in the Senate and the House will be ungovernable because of the ~7 seat differential.

Nothing happening for the next 2 years and it's all counting down to unified Republican control of the legislative branch after the 2022 mid terms.
