Even though stupid Biden and Kamala will be in office, the voter turnout and demographic shift for the republicans this election was HUGE. If you've been watching any democratic coverage you would expect them to be celebrating and spiking the ball, but they actually appear very worried about the demographic shifts (30% Latinos for republicans, big losses in the house, 18% of blacks for Trump, majority of working class for Trump). Even though they clearly cheated, gaining ground in the house and keeping the senate are huge in keeping us from the consequences of a Biden/Harris administration.
I don't think the litigation will change the results of the election, however I do think it will change the way states do things and make it more fair, just like FL now. FL went from being one of the sketchiest most cheating election process states to the most efficient and (felt like) fair. I think that this election could actually set us up for success in 2024 (with a solid candidate) and beyond, maybe even more than another 4 years of Trump would have as it would have been more shenanigans the entire time.
Don't get me wrong, I'd still rather have justice and another 4 years of Trump/Pence and just "figure it out from there" but I am willing to say that the results aren't ALL doom and gloom. Now ask me again after I've had my coffee.
