Fair enough. I did some more reading on it and agree it's not what it seems. It's just frustrating to have errors and ambiguity right now.


That's two now. That kind of considered retraction is vanishing to nonexistent on the left.

FWIW if I hope they catch any fraud, those that have perpetrated it are punished, and if it makes a difference that any results are changed.

Also the VBM is a chaotic **** show that shouldn't be repeated by states that weren't already practicing it.
Yeah, well it's my bad. I've found myself believing multiple false stories the past few days. They run crazy when everyone trying to debunk them already lost their credibility.

Another poster said an official explained it and said they work in two pairs, each with one republican and one democrat. Pair one does the recreation and pair two compares the copies to make sure they're the same. Definitely an opportunity for shenanigans, but some safeguards in place if that's how it works everywhere.

Why are they redoing them anyway? No one is monitoring the reader or the marker. There are 2 pairs both marking separate ballots on the video I saw.

Maybe they switch to validating the other pair after they're done marking ballots? I assume they're recreating them due to an issue with the scanner reading the ballots

Military deadline is later than the normal deadline I believe.
