I think this guy is being fed wishful info. The numbers in Georgia are going to have them come up barely short unless there are significant military ballots still out. In that case, Trump may lead by maybe even less than 1000.

But here's the problem. There are a large amount of provisional ballots. Due to the mass number of mail in ballots, the majority of these will favor Biden. Biden campaign is putting out all the stops with their activist groups and Abrams to take advantage of the curing process, where bad forms can be corrected by the voter if there is an issue such as they forgot to sign or etc. Anyone can go to the secretary of states office website to see whether their ballot was tossed out. If there is a correctable issue, they have the option to clarify with the state rather than having the ballot thrown out. This will be all over the Georgia media. This will swing thousands of ballots more in Biden's direction.
