Latest number appears to be 369k. If those other numbers are true there maybe another 100k+ in the rural counties of PA. This is going to be crazy!

Let's set the age minimum to 30 and require voters to be net tax payers while we're at it. You don't seem to be allowing for the fact that these ballots appear to all, or almost all, be mail-in ballots, which broke more heavily for Biden.
