This isn't a surprise based on the "data". We knew they'd find a way to make it look like they've won by cheating in philly. It's a matter of can Trump's team prove it and rightfully win PA.

Mail in ballots in Philly were actually pretty low in Philly. The percentage toward Biden to me suggests significant ballot harvesting to get those in. No evidence at all of mass produced votes in Philly proper.

I recall Trump being up in WI by 4%, MI by 9%, PA by over 10%, and GA by 6%. All with 60-85% reporting.
The number of votes that had to go Biden from then on to overcome the MI and PA leads are not believable.

Did you see what happened in Florida? Exact opposite.
Some states counted mail-ins first and had them ready to go. Biden had a huge lead, then Trump Election Day turnout comes back.
Midwest states counted Election Day in person ballots first. Trump huge advantage. Then they counted mail ins.
Nothing was surprising about votes taking wild swings. The only big problem with vote IMO is turnout in Detroit, Minneapolis and Milwaukee being obscene. The big dump of votes in Milwaukee at 3am was bad.
Just a quibble. In FL Democrats voted heavily VBM. FL IPEV and election day were heavy Republican. Also unlike almost every other state FL was very transparent with numbers of vote returned and partisan identification of the voters. This allowed people to understand what was happening in near real time in FL. FL is now the gold standard in how to conduct elections for the country.
In PA we knew the outstanding VBM were going to be a problem for Trump. What seems to be an issue is the 90-5 break to Biden. All the data analytics were showing a 66-30 break to Biden prior to the election in the VBM. While data analytics were off all over the country for various reasons they were not THAT far off.
PA is going to the USSC bank on that.

Nobody is arguing that Dem turnout was higher by mail in. Everyone is arguing the abnormally high (4-6 std deviations higher than average in some key states) turnout that has also gone 90-100% Biden, and also had extended voting hours extended well past the close of polls. Its shady as hell that voting stops when Trump is showing huge swings, then miraculously restarts later with a huge Biden dump to crush it.
Now you see why they fought so hard for mail in voting. They wanted the whole election to be mail-in.

But you're missing the unspoken part here. Bernie knows how Dem-controlled urban areas operate on Election Day and also knows how much easier fraud is with mail-in balloting. He's not just laying out what's going to happen on some sort of objective timeline, he's laying out how the Dem machine is going to deliver a bunch of sketchy votes.
Think about this: in R controlled Florida, where, due to previous issues they got rid of some incompetent/hyper partisan election officials, the votes were counted on time and Trump won a decisive victory. There was complete transparency at every step of how many mail-in ballots were received and what the party affiliations of those ballots were. When the polls closed, you knew exactly how many ballots had been cast, which is a major step in preventing widespread fraud, because now you can't manufacture votes on an as-needed basis.
This is the exact opposite of many of these Dem-controlled areas. In Michigan you have a major metro area in Detroit (which happened to deliver massive dumps of ballots favoring Biden at unheard of percentages, in an election year where Trump made huge gains with minority voters everywhere else in the country) where the Sec of State even had no visibility on the number of ballots cast or counted.
And you know what else didn't happen in Florida? No places where a candidate got 95-100% of the mail-in votes. Why? Because that doesn't happen in the absence of fraud.
Urban areas have always been sketchy on Election Day, but when you add in massive mail-in balloting in numbers that dwarf anything we've ever seen, without adequate safeguards, it exacerbated things exponentially.
You live in an a county electing officials that commit or allow fraud it's your fault if too if the county votes get thrown out.
