Mail in voting should not be allowed. There is no way i will ever trust that vote. It is too easy to cheat in ways that cannot be found (see san antonio lady from veritas). When combined with legal vote harvesting, it really creates potential problems.

Mass mail in voting allows for very easy voter harvesting, there is no restriction, none, round up as many 1000s as you want. Much different than seeking out the old (nursing homes) or sick etc, Of course, it allow allows for easily casting votes "for" people unknowingly.

Rural areas should refuse to ever release any results until the cities do after this election and it should be nationwide. Basically sign a pact stating they will only release votes once the cities release their final numbers. This would solve all ballot harvesting.

Then why were there polling locations actively passing out sharpies and not allowing people to distribute pens? How do you know who "everyone" that voted is a person that actually cast a vote? With mail in, you don't have any controls on who did the voting, none at all.

Voting was stupidly easy even before this year. I'm 45 years old and I have never taken more than 20 minutes to cast a ballot in any election.
If someone is unwilling to spend 20 minutes voting in person, do you really trust them to be an informed voter? I don't, and I damn sure don't want uninformed people voting.
Voting is a civic duty. It should require some effort.
