For those that missed the great press conference given by Eric Trump and Rudy Giuliani - Rudy basically said they are looking close at Philly, but this has occurred across the country, and if they need to, they will file a national lawsuit and pull back the curtain on the whole DNC Cheating apparatus, everywhere. These guys are piszszed. And they are ready to fight.

Those are mostly Election day votes. We already know even in Maricopa they went heavy Trump. Is it enough we'll see. But you are not acknowledging the very real possibility this election swings to Trump later today/tomorrow.

Biden only needs to win ~65% of the remaining vote IN PA to capture the lead if my math is right. These are all mail-in ballots being counted right now. Doesn't look good.

Good chance republicans can get some of those tossed in a Supreme Court fight

What the heck is Trump talking about with the secretly dumped ballots in Michigan? I hadn't heard anything about that...
Seems really unwise to try to claim he won Michigan at this point.

Your mix is off...those are late ballots which have been moving almost 2:1 for trump. If they were early ballots you would be right

If they can burn election cheating schemes to the ground it will all be worth it.

This is what Trump is up again in Arizona:

600,000 votes to count

400,000 of those votes are in Maricopa county where Biden has captured 52% of the vote so far.

And Trump is behind 93,000 votes.

It's not happening there.
If I am not mistaken, the votes they're counting are Election Day votes which have split to Trump about 2:1. The previous trend for Maricopa county was based on early voting

The expectation is that most outstanding votes are ED votes though where Trump has done well, unlike most other states that are doing mail in votes.

I think the fact that 2/3 of the outstanding votes are in Maricopa offsets that quite a bit. Overcoming a 93,000 lead with 600,000 votes to go is a very steep hill.

Lots of votes still to report out of Western PA. They are sitting on them because they know Philadelphia. The Democrats game is now being played by a couple of different parties.

A surprising election result in California.

The legislature tried to reimpose affirmative action on the state and the voters rejected it roughly 58-42.

They are still mail-in (I think). Those heavily favor Biden.

Read that there were 1.2 million votes left to count and Biden only trails by 300k.
63.7% to split hairs. and it is moving trumps way. The batch update numbers from earlier this afternoon biden was capturing 79.5% of the new votes, the latest update it was 68.3%. Biden's projected win at the end fell from 400k to 100k with that change. won't take much more movement for trump to keep PA

No, but if Trump loses by 10,000-20,000 and that's how many were not postmarked.....

Yeah then it's probably going to be close if that's true. Some states have been counting early votes first and some save them for later.

And that's without the segregated post 11/3 and provisional ballots, which are being challenged (in two separate cases) in the S.C. I think the provisional ballots should be tossed (those without a post mark or where the post mark is illegible).

So PA is going to have a second batch of mail-in ballots received from 11/4 through 11/6 that will be tabulated too. That's the same deadline Kentucky and Kansas set for their mail in ballots to be received by FWIW.

According to the AP, he has about a 50k lead there. That seems insurmountable.

The AP has Crazy Uncle Joe at 248 (yes, that still includes Arizona). Give Biden Michigan and he's at 264...

Oregon is more off the cliff than California.

You're forgetting a lot of the areas still in need are rural Penn. They withheld. I think this one ends more comfortably than Arizona.
